This is the best AutoZone in the area. They are the fastest, most helpful and most professional that I've encountered in Nashville. Em H. is an absolute rockstar. She diagnosed our problem almost immediately, had us another battery (under warranty) right away and we were off before I could say "low voltage." I absolutely would recommend this store and will be back.

We got there pouring down rain the man looked on computer and got my break lights and then I got a 2 piece car covers for cheap y'all

Extremely helpful staff that installed our brake light because I have no clue what I’m doing. Their system is great and says exactly what part you need for you car so there is no guess work and it’s right the first time!

Thank you to Ken for helping me with my windshield wiper blades! He was very kind, helpful, and respectful. As soon as I walked in, he asked if I needed help and immediately took me to find the right size of windshield wiper blades for my car. He offered a range of quality and prices so I could choose my own. While purchasing, he offered to help me put them on too. He was very gracious and respectful as he taught me how to remove the old blades and install the new ones. All of this occurred in under 5 minutes too!

Great stuff at this location, I got best customer service with Mr. Andrews. He was very knowledgeable, quick, friendly….. He is really the best example of customer service. Thank you again!

Marcus was super helpful and knowledgeable about my battery that needed to be replaced. Answered all of my questions and helped me determine that there wasn't another cause of my car not being able to start. Professional, quick service, and very helpful!

I walked in and they immediately asked to assist me. I needed a headlight and they had the product in stock. The staff helped me in replacing it right in the parking lot. The staff is very kind and all offered their hand and insight on how to best go about future maintenance on my vehicle. Of all the auto parts stores on Nolensville, this is your best option.

I went in with no idea what to do with my car issues. Amanda went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what I needed. O'Reilly's tried to sell me 1,000$ worth of stuff that I didn't end up needing. I'm so happy I stopped at autozone on my way home. Turns out I just needed a 5$ part for my car that Amanda suggested and the issue I had is completely fixed. I'm definitely going to make this my first stop for now on. Thank you all so much! It was raining and I had to replace the driver side wiper blade. After a couple of tries for the correct one, while processing the exchange the store mgr went out and put it on for me!! She, the mgr. was knowledgeable and kind.
