It feels good to drive through or look around because it feels like an old small town. The post office looks like an old house with a name plate hanging out side painted in an old font style. The post-office is nice and warm. I went there for in-person identity verification to complete a USPS Change-of-Address. The lady in there was welcoming and helped me get my work done in a jiffy. I never knew there was a post-office there.

I absolutely love coming here. It has that small time homey feeling. The postmaster lady is very kind.

I agree with the other people who left a review; Adrianna is a saint! She’s always so warm and welcoming and kind. She is a true gem and a blessing to any employer. I keep coming to this location because of her and I can’t wait to show her my appreciation around Christmas!!! Thank you Adrianna for your awesome service and always brightening my day.

Okay… as of a month or two ago I HATED this place… the lady working here was RUDE, no matter how nice you were to her.
I came here today after a long vacation and the new girl Adriana is SO WONDERFUL. Shes super nice and always as helpful as possible. Such a great attitude- I hope she stays!

Adriana is awesome!! She’s super sweet and always makes puts me in a better mood. Thank god the other lady is gone. She was an older women that was mad at life and no matter how nice you were to her she felt the need to be mean to customers.

Lady who works here is super nice. Easy going and will help you if you don’t know how to package items. Usually not too busy early in the morning.

I have rented a PO Box from here for almost a year now and I have to say this location is very great! Both of the ladies that have helped me retrieve my packages and ship my packages a few times were both very nice and welcoming. This location was a bit hard to locate at first since it is located inside of a neighborhood, but then after a while its super easy to navigate here. I kind of like the local atmosphere this place holds since it is quite small and cozy.

The only thing this is place lacks is a self service kiosk and updated locks/keys for the PO Boxes. There have been numerous occasions where I would enter my combo correctly 10 times and after each time I tried opening it, it wouldn't budge. Having keys instead of combinations would make things much easier.

Overall, would definitely recommend renting your PO Box here (very cheap prices for this location) and any other services.

Adriana is the best. She is always friendly, pleasant and cheerful. I hope she is a permanent stay at this post office.

I love this place since it feels like a small town personal post office. I have had excellent experience with the person behind the counter. Although, I wish they rotate only one or two people for many years; so the personal touch gets even better.

Yes, the post office has a 3 bedroom apartment upstairs. I grew up in Eola in that apartment and my mother Sally Sondgeroth was the Postmaster. She owned the building at that time. We are talking 1960 to 1976. My mother passed away from cancer in 1977.

This post office is the smallest post office I've visited. There's only 1 person that works at the counter, but there does not seem to be too many people coming here so the wait is not long. They have PO Boxes and few shipping supplies.

The complete opposite of the Oswego office. The lady on the counter is very friendly and looks like she actually enjoys her job.

Always ship at this place, Great service! very helpful. Place not big but its the best USPS post office that i have ever been!
