The young lady that works at this shop needs more training. It took over an hour JUST to activate my phone. She spoke in Spanish thinking my girlfriend and I didn't understand.
She had to have a different young man come and bring my phone over from a different store, and I could understand him and the girl talking about some pictures in my phone.
( a tip for her, Just because you do not look Hispanic does not mean you can't speak/understand Spanish)
After my phone was activated, she checked that my Google account was on my new phone, and this child SCROLLED THROUGH MY PICTURES RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Is she aware of privacy? Im sorry, but Who hired her?
I left there upset. And she was doing half of the things through HER cell phone. I left that building feeling violated, and with a feeling like she left my boost profile open. First and last time I come to this store. Make the trip to go to the store in Montgomery, next to bennys restaurant.

This is the 3rd time I pay my phone bill just to have it shut off the very next day!!! Boost Mobile is the absolute worst carrier I have ever dealt with!!! ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!!
