Had an amazing shopping experience for a new phone. The store representative were well expertised. They are really quick in helping me get my information from my old phone.

Went to get a charging cable for my tablet. The guy was very informative & knew exactly what cable I needed. It's great to go to a place & have someone be so knowledgeable about the products that are being sold.

Definitely worth the 40 min drive (from Joliet) to this location. Employees over here are more nice and actually explain everything. Naillely was a joy to talk to and helped a ton with everything I needed. Highly recommend⭐

I have to admit I have been to a few wireless stores in Aurora and this one by far had the best customer service. I was also able to save on my monthly bill switching from T-Mobile. Why pay taxes and fees when I can get the same service for less and I know what I am paying every month. The two young ladies greeted me when I first walked in and answered all my questions and concerns. I walked out with two brand new phones and an amazing accessory bundle deal. I will be recommending my friends and family to go to this store from now on.

I'd like to give Edgar a shout out. So i was a victim of the T-Mobile hack, someone "SIM-Swapped hacked" my phone, gained access to a lot of my stuff using SMS 2FA.

Edgar was able to jump into action and helped me out as much as he could even tho he was the only employee there and had several customers.

I regained control of my phone number, got my account resolved, and added more security.

Alexis is phenomenal. I have been in the store couple of times and she goes above and beyond to help customers. She is very knowledgeable about her work, phones and plans. Everyone working at this location is great.

I love there prices, the only negative thing I can say about Metro PCS is the manager that works at the Aurora location aroumd the 700 block of East New York St. is very rude and has no customer service skills! That is sad because she probably has chased away many paying customers.

Great place, came in with a lot of questions and a girl named Naillely ,I highly recommended, helped me out. I will come back if needed and will recommended to my friends and family.
