Evergreen Audiology

Since the new owner have taken over several years ago I have had the opportunity to have 3 GREAT experiences with them. My hearing aid have been out of warranty for quite a few years now, but every time I have need some support they have been very willing to step up and look as well as repair them as needed. They have never tried to upsell me or tell me that I just need to replace them. Its very comforting to know people like the staff at Evergreen Audiology still exist and are willing to look after their customers.

Dr. Lawson fitted me for new, custom-made, ReSound hearing aids about two years ago. Since then my ability to hear has been greatly improved, along with the added advantage of being able to pair the devices with my iPhone. Dr. Lawson has been great at taking the time to explain things in detail. The service I’ve received, when I go in for monthly hearing aid cleanings, has been excellent—and at no additional charge. Annette has been extremely helpful & patient.

I have seen Dr Lawson twice for advice about hearing aids. He was very kind, patient, and thorough, allowing plenty of time to answer all my questions and explain my options. I am very happy with the care I received and am looking forward to working with him as I learn to adjust to using hearing aids. With his extensive knowledge and experience I am confident I will be in good hands.

First time, excellent customer service. I want to give a shout out to Annette, the office manager. I had a question and gave this business call and Annette answered. Not only did she answer my question but give me additional information that I didn't even know I needed. Very pleasant very professional. Two days later I visited this establishment and met Annette. During my visit I watched her multitask with several different things all while attending to my needs. Absolutely stellar.

We have been going to Evergreen Audiology for 10 years. He is great with my elderly mom, my disabled adult son and my husband, a vet with service related hearing loss. The hearing aid service and support is the best! Love the peaceful environment in the office too! I do recommend him to friends.

This is a really good clinic. I came here for a hearing test due to a worsening condition. The doctor was very kind, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I knew a lot more about what was going on and felt a lot better after just a short 20 minute visit. Highly recommended to anyone who is experiencing any type of hearing condition.

My husband has been seeing audiologists for at least 30 years, and Dr. Chris for the last 6 of those years--and Dr. Chris is the very best. In our opinion it would be difficult to find anyone better. He is a wonderful combination of broad and thorough expertise, practical experience, and compassionate care-giver. He has walked us through some challenging times with great patience. Too frequently we are on his doorstep with blocked or broken hearing aid tubes, or hearing aids that squeal, or other issues. Not once has he been impatient. Once he waited 40 min while we went home to retrieve the aids we were supposed to bring to the appmt! Often he can quickly diagnose problems, but he also takes time to cover all the bases. To retest hearing, for example. Or to bring his impressive depth of knowledge to bear on hearing issues that involve more than hearing. We recommend Dr. Chris without reservation to anyone with any hearing problem. You just can't do any better.

Dr Lawson was professional, engaging, and patient. He simplified technical information and took me through the protocols. He made it clear that he was always available for fixes and adjustments. I would certainly give hime my highest endorsement.

Both Annette at the reception desk and Dr Lawson were very attentive, helpful and easy to visit with as well as get the information I needed to move forward with getting the hearing aids I needed. Dr. Lawson’s hearing testing and results were most helpful.

Chris Lawson is the professional's professional. He gained much knowledge for most of 10 years working in the military at Fort Cambell. He has helped many a military soldier with hearing loss.
The thing I like so much about Chris is his desire to educate his clients and believe me he does! I also like that he likes to drop the "doctor" title when you address him as he said it takes down some of the barrier between client and doctor.
I have learned so much by just letting him talk as he knows most all of our questions before we ask him.
EVERYTHING about him signifies a man who REALLY knows his stuff. I would be hard pressed to find another audiologist who could steer you through the complicated hearing aid process as well as Chris!
