I was in the middle of a fix it project at home and had every intention of repainting my downstairs, ceiling and all. I thought all was lost as I couldn't match the existing paint color. Connor found the SW paint color I have in my home (a big name store wasn't able to do this for me previously). I went home last night and painted all of the spots that needed touch up. Now I have my summer back. The service is excellent. The team is kind, helpful and informative. Thank you SW!!

The sales people here are more knowledgeable than the site regarding local availability. The store appears limited stock but everything you may need for a paint or stain project is here. The lady who helped me with my paint order, as well as the gentlemen who answered the phone were both patient with my clear nieveity and multiple queeries. I purchased enough paint for my first two projects as we are taking our time.

The reason I chose SW rather than any paint at warehouse stores is reference, reviews andpersonal experience. When we had our exterior painted, every bid we received said SW paint is the only one they will use because of consistancy in pigment from one can to the next, as well as longevity. Our friends who have painted and used other popular brands were not happy with accuracy of pigment chosen, how easily it went on or longevity. These are all aspects SW nails.

This really is a case of you get what you pay for...though if you are patient, you can score thirty to forty percent off sales as well. You also have a wealth of expertise in local employees and your color choices stored under your store profile.

If you are taking on a paint project, save yourself some grief and just shop SW. Thier virtual paint program is rather accurate, as well as the app which allows you to virtually paint your walls in your own home. No one does it better.

Very knowledgeable sales person who not only recommended a product type that would perform best in the pacific northwest weather, she also told me that it would be on sale two days later if I was able to wait to pick it up then, thus saving me quite a few dollars. The crew at the Vancouver, East, store were knowledgeable and very helpful.
They took my paint samples to the car and they were as quick as could be expected on a busy weekend. They were slammed when I arrived; I did not have to wait very long at all.

I drug the whole family into the store on a Saturday to pick both interior and exterior paint colors. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both our contractors for interior and exterior also mentioned how much they liked your paint. You have earned all of my painting business moving forward.

The Cashmere paint has to be one of the very best paints out there. It's like painting with velvet cream. The colors are rich and they go on smoothly. The people at the store were very helpful and patient with someone who has a difficult time deciding on colors. I won't shop for paint anywhere else.

Hundreds of gallons bought, several varieties. Never had a problem with any of their products over the past fifteen years. Kyle, the guy who runs the place, is one of the finest example of what good customer service is, in ANY industry.

insider info. don't buy the paint with the pretty labels. ask for the equivalent contractor paint or better and get it at a huge discount. all that fancy sounding paint like cashmere and duration can be bought cheaper,
they put those fancy labels on those cans so they can charge more to the non-professionals. just look at the paint on the shelves behind the service desk. the A-100 a super thick and one coat paint.
also, every company has a super cheap watered down paint that will take several coats to cover. so don't think for one minute that all paints are created equal. they are not.
still the best non fading paint on the market in my opinion.

Staff was very helpful, matched the paint sample (which was one of a different company's standard colors, it turns out), showed me that the paint matched before charging me for the paint, did what they said they would do and did it all in a very friendly manner.

Covid19 precautions were established and followed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The recommendations for the paint grade for the task at hand were very helpful and cost effective. We will be back for sure.
