We went to ship quite a few large packages internationally. We were not familiar with the process, but Cindy gave us very succinct and clear instructions on what to do. It was very reassuring. She was very kind and helpful, and she worked so incredibly efficiently and finished processing all of our packages in almost no time. We were both very impressed. It was overall a much more pleasant experience than we had anticipated.
I've had quite a few really good experiences with different USPS offices before, but this time is the best one so far.

My experiences here have always been positive. There’s always supplies ready to get your items boxed up if you need to, and even when there are lines I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect. I appreciate this location and the USPS employees helping us deliver our mail.

With nearly no funding and old technology the USPS is a fantastic organization. The people who work for the USPS are mostly incredible at moving the countries packages and docs from sea to sea and in between. So helpful at my local post office in 98687 and trying to overcome the million hurdles we place of the system.

All 4 of the employees that I've had regularly help me are awesome. Super nice and helpful, even minutes before closing. I am still confused with all the different packages and shipping label types, and they always steer me in the right direction. They let me borrow tape and packing tape, too. Very dope post office!

I have been coming to the Cascade Park Post Office for more than 25 years. The area has grow and it does get busy, yet the employees are so kind, patient and helpful it is more than worth the wait!! Thank you all who work here for the exellent service!!

I like to use the kiosk for most of my needs. Stamps, sending packages and letters. You can make appointments online for your Passport needs.

I have been coming to this postal office for the past 7 months since moving into Vancouver, WA, and they are phenomenal. Very helpful staff that are respectful, quick, helpful with questions and they get things done. No complaints. Top job!

I experienced great customer service from Beverly--she went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They had another woman, Cindy, from USPS on 136th street helping and she was also extremely helpful. Both very attentive and had a friendly attitude. Would definitely come back to this location.

Excellent in all ways. Friendly and efficient, and staff goes above and beyond in customer service. When I accidentally put an unsealed envelope with a check in it in the outside mail box, one of the counter workers couldn’t have been nicer about retrieving it for me. (People who posted negative reviews about this post office don’t know how good they’ve got it.)

Always go here to ship whatever I have to send. The ladies here are always really sweet and they get the job done quickly. So far I've never had a problem. Parking lot usually gets full around 4ish.

Everybody has been super nice every time I go there and very helpful, even when lines are long due to the work they have to do to fulfill each guest’s requests. They get everything done as quickly as possible without having an attitude.

Good customer service and I love the kiosk option for my smaller packages. I just moved to this side of town a couple of months ago and have come in to ship a handful of times. No complaints here.

Just stopped by to deliver 2 packages, and I'm a rookie. Both ladies were kind and helpful. There must be a lot of uptight assbowls around here giving the bad reviews.

Great service. Obviously there was quite a wait on a Saturday shortly before Christmas, but I'm glad they are open on Saturdays and friendly to boot.

I've been picking up packages daily this week and the patience and speed of the workers has impressed me.

I've been using this PO for a couple of years. The staff are friendly. It's a small facility, but the basics are there. There are lines marked on the floor for social distancing.

Every time I’ve come, even when there was a line, it moved quickly and the service was friendly.
