Jumped on line, booked an appointment, arrived, they were ready for me. Very easy!
Guys were nice, helpful and gave some great tips.
Over all exceeded my expectations.

I was in the Verizon store today between 1 1 PM to 1:30 PM. I did not get the gentleman‘s name that helped me but he was wonderful. He took care of a problem that I had from last summer. Within just a few minutes this is why we are Verizon customers for life. Because of the customer service that we received today.

I stopped by to get help putting a new screen protector on my iPhone. The manager was more than happy to help me and did so right away. Thank you so much!

several times I had to come to this office for various reasons and always different employees served, but the last Jennifer (I remember her name very well) struck me. she listened very carefully to my problems, explained everything thoroughly, showed everything and decided everything so that I didn’t have any questions, even did more than I expected. she solved some issues with the manager (Amanda) and she was also very good, kind and very professional. Thank you very much for everything to them and for more such girls. If you're in this office, go to Jennifer and you'll be very pleased, you'll see.

Yesterday we went shopping for 2 new Android phones and 2 new Android tablets and their accessories. We had an appointment set up ahead of time at the Verizon store. Jeremy greeted us as we entered. He was knowledgeable about the technology as well as the product. He offered us information and advice that made it easy to make our decisions. He was helpful without being pushy—a very important distinction! During the purchasing process, he was efficient and friendly! We can recommend Jeremy without reservation as a good person to work with when getting new Verizon products.

We had an ongoing technical issue with 1 of our 2 iPhones, texting and sending pictures with Android phones. Been looked at many times, Verizon would say it's an Apple problem, Apple would say it's a Verizon problem. It was an unresolved problem for us. Amanda took it on and would not let it go until it was resolved. Kudos to her for not giving up, where many before had. Thank You Amanda!

This is the friendliness cell phone store I have ever experienced. Just not about the sale. It's about your likes and needs of devices in mind.
You are able to make monthly payments here also with the auto bot box machine thing that except various card types and cash.
Check em out. You will pleased you did and the cell service is exceptional.

This place is AMAZING! I highly recommend! They’re so helpful, and care about each employee that comes in. We had Ryan helping us out, and he was phenomenal! He’s a great guy, and he’s beyond helpful. I would go here again, and again because I know they’re going to best of best of their ability. Thanks again to Ryan for helping out my really complicated situation, and for helping to get it resolved!

We went to this location after a bad experience at the battleground location. We waited outside to be checked in, Craig was who helped us. He was very nice and straight forward with me. We were looking to add me to my partners phone plan, I told him my #1 priority was to save as much money as possible and he was so kind in not pressuring me to buy things I didn’t want/need. I will return to this location with future needs in hopes that Craig will be there to assist!

Such a wonderful experience setting up my new plan. I am excited they honor my work discount. I will be saving a lot of money this way. I also found that I could get a better deal on my accessories from Amazon. No worries, they refunded my purchases of my case and screen protector. No problems and I am finally able to make calls without any problems inside my house!

This store opened at 10am and I was the second person in the store. You wait outside for someone to check you in, then someone comes out to get you and provide you with customer service. The woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could get them to actually do the thing that I went in to get help with. I do however understand that they want to remain contactless as much as possible. I bought an SD card and it was normally $29.99 but it was on sale for $8. What a savings. I scored. The rep that assisted me was very friendly. The guy at the door not do much. He was not happy with the fact that not anyone could go into the store because of the state mandated Covid rules. I told him it is better to be safe

Gabrille is one of maneger. She is incredible!
Other manager could not fixed so I had to replace to new one but still had same problems.
But today eventually Gabrille fixed. Yay so awesome!

I only go to corporate stores because the personnel are corporate trained and know what they are doing unlike the Verizon franchise stores. It's a much longer drive for me, but it worth it to speak to people that know what they are talking about.

Micah is good people! He helped me out quite a bit with a new device setup and finding headphones. He was so helpful, patient and kind. He'll be a manager in no time!

Kyle spent forever helping me switch back to Verizon from Tmobile and I really enjoyed all his help and being easy to talk to. I really appreciate how he easily explained things to my confused and not so tech savvy self. :)

Had a world class experience with Kyle on an Android device. Told me what to go with and what to stay away from. Very consultative. I will definitely ask for him next time. Thanks Kyle!
