Best Care Hearing Aid Center

Best Care Hearing Center did indeed provide us with the best care for my mothers hearing aid issue. They did so on a drop-in basis and rather quickly. After resolving her issue we were on our way. Highly recommended!

I first went to another hearing aid center and had a horrible experience. I then found Best Care Hearing Aid and made an appointment. Any concerns I had disappeared when I came thru the door! Amanda was so nice and welcoming! Put me at ease immediately! The Audiologist, Westley, was fabulous. He asked a plethora of questions which allowed him to zero in on my needs. Ken has been great with my follow up adjustments. He listens to what I say, and fine tunes the adjustment on the spot!
I have been so happy I ran from the first guy and found these wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and kind folks at Best Care!

Short time in waiting room didn't allow me to finish the notebook with all kinds of laughs regarding poor hearing. If your hearing is bad you can cry over it or get some laughs. Ken listened to my hearing aid problems and knew what was wrong immediately showing me how to handle it at home most of the time. I want to take a half star off for the ending of the walk in hearing aid cleaning. Even just one day a week would be a nice customer convenience and something others do not offer plus those customers might bring their friends who would get to know you

4-30-24. The new folks at Gresham Best Care Hearing Aid Center are very caring and very helpful, and they are taking care of my hearing needs in a good way. Elizabeth adjusted my hearing aids to my current hearing loss, and I can hear better now.

My experience was good. The hearing test and exam was great.
I guess the only thing that I still sting from is the change in policy of the cleanings. It feels a little like nickel and diming the clients.

I have had a very good experience using Best Care Hearing. I got my hearing aids through zip hearing and they referred me to them. I have worn hearing aids for 22 years, and Larry Trueblood is the best audiologist Ive ever had. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and really cares about how I am experiencing the sound and comfort of the hearing aids. I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and safe there and found out more about my hearing, ear drum health, and hearing aids in such a short amount of time thanks to Larrys attentiveness to detail and thoroughness!
