Sushi Factory

One of my favorite spots in the 614 for sushi. They really do a great job here. The service is friendly and usually fast, the place is clean and comfortable. They definitely satisfy the craving and I can't wait to go back!

Big rolls. The word factory describes the amount of sushi you get, and I think a different name would describe the nice interior, the friendly service and clean calm environment. Maybe Serenity Sushi Factory?
No matter the name- you get unique sushi options, a few I’ve never seen before, and plenty of them on the plate. This is the first time I couldn’t finish all my sushi.. gasp! But, that just means.. contest! Maybe I ordered too much, or maybe the rolls are big and plentiful and full of all kinds of goodness! I’d say it’s the second one!

Our favorite sushi place in Columbus! We eat here every time we're near Polaris. The sushi is very reasonably priced - 1/2 off rolls when you dine in - and always has a ton of flavor. We ordered four specialty rolls (Bruno, Highlander, Picasso, and Moon Rolls), miso soup, crab rangoon, and two cocktails. The bill was $70 before tip. Super reasonable, and we even had leftovers - we'll probably just get three rolls next time. The atmosphere and service were both great. We love this spot and will definitely come back many times in the future.

First time visit and enjoyed our dinner. We each had a few rolls and all were good.

My experience here was great. Nice ambience with spacious seating, good lighting, and background jazz. They have a large sushi selection. For appetizers we enjoyed the crab Rangoon and shrimp tempura. Main rolls included crunch munch x 2, Sunday morning, crunchy spicy tuna, salmon roll, and shrimp California. Highly recommend the crunch munch and Sunday morning which are their premium rolls. I also wasn’t expecting the rolls to come together on a single plate with such nice presentation. Overall would definitely come back here for the next sushi craving.

Went for an early dinner and Sushi Factory is still our favorite sushi spot after all this time. We got sashimi this visit and it was the freshest fish I've had in a long while. They even made the plates look full and beautiful (pictured), and also included lots of radish and a little seaweed salad in the plating of the sashimi. Prices are comparable to other sushi restaurants in the area and the food, to me, is much better. We will definitely be back!

The sushi here is incredible!! Our waitress was so kind and friendly, plus the sushi chefs did a great job at preparing our plate. It was my second time coming and will definitely be back.

We popped in here on a whim last Wednesday afternoon and loved our experience! The atmosphere was comfortable and bright with pretty decor and jazz in the background, but the food and our quality of service went above and beyond! We started with the edamame, miso soup, a house salad, and calamari, all of which were delicious and did not last long. For our entrees, we then ordered a variety of rolls—Philadelphia, plum cucumber, spicy avocado, spicy tuna and two phenomenal specialty rolls called the Moon and Picasso! They had great flavor and a wide selection, so I’m sure there is something for everyone! A special shout-out to Kay who took care of us for service that was friendly, prompt, and warm. We loved her energy and recommendations. This is absolutely a spot to return to and ask for Kay when you get the chance.

Amazingly prepared Sushi great flavor really like this place

Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon after reading some reviews. Seated and served almost immediately. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. The food was very good and the overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be returning.

The Best experience where I was treated like queen for a day! ;) is my Birthday .. I have been waiting and wanting to come here and the food and Service is like none other. Ordered crab Rangoon, gyoza, the Tower, spicy shrimp tempura roll, yakisoba, hibachi teriyaki, grapefruit soju, and desserts mango and green tea!!! Yes it was a lot and had to take some to go :) will definitely be a regular! Don’t miss out this is the place to visit for all occasions!

I heard about the 1/2 priced sushi and had to check it out! We came in and were seated fast. We ordered a Large Hot Sake ($9), Gyoza($6), Crab Rangoon($5), the Texas Fire Roll($12), the Wow Roll ($12), the Salmon on the Beach($10) and of course I had to try the Classic Shrimp Tempura($4.50). The rolls on fire were the Texas Fire Roll and the Wow Roll. When i tell you they were DELICIOUS!! I would come back just for those. Everything was absolutely amazing, the restaurant is clean and the service is impeccable. Our waitress was Wariya and she provided some of the best service I ever had! 10/10 experience!

We have been to most all of the sushi spots in Cbus and this has moved to one of our top spots. Can not believe we live 10 min away and this was our first visit. Friendly, clean and some of the best sushi. I also agree with some earlier posts, the crab salad is on of the best we have ever had. Will be visiting here often!

50% off rolls?? Almost too good to be true. DELICIOUS!!

Wonderful experience at Sushi Factory. I had a Picasso Roll (premium roll), half a Spicy Crunchy Salmon Roll, and miso soup for only $13 with their excellent 50% off dine-in deal! The Picasso Roll was yummy— I’ve never had warm sushi but the scallops/crab were good. The Spicy Salmon Roll was also classic and great, not very spicy. I tried a James Bond piece and it was also excellent. Finally, the miso soup was a little salty but had lots of flavor.

Although the server warned us that sushi had a longer wait (we came on a Thurs evening) of 30-40min, it ended up only being 20 minutes. Most definitely worth the wait. Also had great service! We are definitely bringing friends and coming back soon.

Been here a few times, the food is delicious! I ordered 2 California Spicy Shrimp Rolls (8 pieces each) and a soda for only $11.24.

Being our first visit, we had to be skeptical. At the time we arrived, there weren't many others dining in.we were seated and greeted by our waitress. Shortly after, drinks came and we made our orders. The menu is pretty expansive, but typical of a restaurant that serves japanese/korean fare. We ordered sushi as well as some kalbi for variety. My wife was recommended strawberry soju which was rather refreshing, as it is served cold. My soup and salad were brought out as part of the kalbi order. The salad comprised of a basic lettuce and carrot mix, but the sauce was really nice. The miso soup wasnt your usual soup, it was very much full of flavor! By the time we worked through the soup and salad, the sushi and kalbi began to arrive. The sushi was well made and tasted good, but the kalbi... the kalbi.. it came on a hot plate on top of grilled onions. The meat perfectly seared and charred in the right places. The meat was tender and juicy, and the flavor was just phenomenal! The portion of rice that accompanied it was sizable, but even it didn't last compared to how much kalbi came with the order. We live in the area and drive by it all the time. I'm afraid we wont just be driving by it from now on. Food and service was great, and worth every penny. The costs are typical of the cuisine, but if you truly crave this food, you should already be aware.

We’ve tried several sushi areas in Columbus ( we are also picky about sushi restaurants ) & we approve of Sushi Factory ! Our waitress was very kind and the space was very clean / cute ! My favorite roll was the Super Mario ✨
