Inaka Sushi & Bar (Casady Square)

I've now visited Inaka 3+ times and everytime they deliver!

You start with a complimentary Cucumber Salad (diced cucumbers with seasoning and vegetables)

The servers are all attentive and very nice, helpful with the menu items aswell.

On this visit we had the following rolls:

🍤 Euphoria- packed with flavor, the shrimp tempura, with mango and eel sauce on top just really deliver a savory and sweet roll, truly delicious and perhaps my favorite now (front pictured)

🥭 Hawaiian - absolutely delicious with mango on top with Coconut sauce, it had me picking up some of the sauce for the last rolls and still was sturdy and strong with all the sauce not falling apart (center pictured)

🍣 Sunflower - nice simple roll with delicious salmon and avocado, nothing wild but a comfortable roll to finish off with (back right pictured)

We also had Squid Salad and tho the portion was small the pieces of Meat were long and juicy and it was still delicious and packed just a nice spice.

This is my favorite Hibachi, my go-to when I have that craving. The flavor is always outstanding and the staff are always so friendly. Never be in a hurry and come here as they are always busy and it takes time to get food and drink refills every once in a while but I guarantee you the flavor of the food and freshness is worth it.

This place is one of the most delicious and affordable sushi bars I’ve even been to. At first walking in I thought this was going to vey expensive, as the atmosphere and look of the restaurant was very immaculate. The food was very great, the staff are awesome, and the bathroom was very clean; which is a plus! Would highly recommend!

Excellent atmosphere, great food, reasonable prices for both food and drinks. Staff were incredibly friendly.
I had an appetizer and the Samurai Roll, which is Tuna and avocado topped with spicy tuna and drizzled with wasabi sauce. Absolutely stellar.

The dessert menu is a little plain, with sushi bar standards such as tempura cheesecake and mochi ice cream along with some standard dessert options like red velvet cake. Really wish they had dongo on their dessert menu, but that's less common in this area.

Over all, highly recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

Pros: relaxing low key vibe, drinks

I love this place. We came in for Friday night drinks but decided to dine in. It wasn't loud or busy. The yakisoba is tasty. While the drinks are pricey, I appreciate the ambiance. Well worth the price. Perfect place for an after work drink or quiet dinner. I will be back to try their sushi

I would like to share our experience. My wife, son and I have been here around 4 times. I can't understand how amazing there food is lol. The spicy edemami, hibachi rice n steak, there salad, the flavors in the rice and even noodles, wow. Everything seems to have fresh flavor, ypu taste Everything there! The sushi rolls are amazing. The Hawaiian roll, and a few others are well made by a professional maybe! The gentleman is an awesome nice man every time we come. I tell me wife that I think there ingredients are all fresh and organic because it's a perfect place to eat. I wanted to get on here and share our honest experiences every time, my family all feel the same way!

This place is amazing! The boss are very nice and the service are great! This is the best sushi place in OKC and they are boba tea OMG everyone have to try it! It was good! All the fish is fresh and really good size and the price is great! People should come, don’t miss out, people come will love this place and they are food!

After 9pm, not too many kitchens are cranking out the culinary goodies we sometimes crave late at night. It was late when I wandered into Inaka last eve. I ended up with take-out teriyaki chicken, soup, salad and salmon negiri. ½price beer after 5pm. Great service, balanced flavors, fresh fish!

Staff is friendly and attentive. Inaka's decor and full bar make for a pleasant date night, while the prices are reasonable enough for a midweek family dinner. We ordered the Flaming Dragon and Tomo Rolls (pictured), both of which were perfectly delicious. Can't wait to return to this great local find and explore more of their great rolls.

From the crispy pan-seared gyoza, to the amazing sushi rolls, this place is worth every penny. They take so much care and time when presenting their customers with sushi rolls. Unlike most sushi places where you walk away hungry, not Inaka. You get every bit of your moneys worth with the portion size. Service was fast. Sushi was fresh. Groupon was totally worth it. Will be back!

Always a great experience here. Food is delicious. My husband usually gets the sushi or chicken katsu, and my favorite is the yaki udon. This is also the only place I can find near me that has Japanese clear soup. I first had the soup for a colonoscopy but now I get it regularly.

One of the best restaurants of this national cuisine. Delicious toppings, quick to prepare, quick to serve dishes, sometimes a little sloppy, but this is just a small nuance

Inaka has excellent food. I was very impressed with my meal. I am very selective with my choice of sushi and I favor traditional Japanese sushi. I had takoyaki, many different types of nigiri, and a salmon skin hand roll. Every item was superb.

I wish I could give more stars! We love this place. Not only is the food incredible, but the service is amazing every time!!

I love Inaka! We started coming because they had a groupon and now it is our favorite place. Most all of their specialty rolls are delicious and their cooked rolls are a great taste at a great value. Lately they have really improved presentation also! I’m not sure how authentic you could call it but for a casual American sushi eater, it’s pretty good! It’s a nice quiet atmosphere with friendly service and delicious sushi. I would recommend it over more expensive local sushi places.

I like the avocado roll, but they have lots to choose from! Also lots of options from the bar, including sake. Very kind servers & calm atmosphere.
