Try answering when your phone rings!

Two stars- as I was left alone to shop- which I appreciate. However, I walked by two associates chatting in the aisle way before checking out- and neither said one word to me- then, at the checkout, she said “hi” back to me, because I said it first- then not one more word. As I was leaving- getting the bags that were further towards her side of the counter than mine- she said nothing, and then a young adult came up behind where she was standing, and she conversed with him. I felt unwelcome at that point. First impressions are everything, and feeling welcome in this economy is a big deal. I can shop elsewhere. Try harder- and responding, asking me to call customer service, leave my real name, or come back and talk to management will not happen. I made this review on what I experienced. Should I experience something better in the future, I will update. Always be at the best for the customer. They are the bread and butter, so to speak.
