Donovan was awesome to work with - very knowledgeable and good personality! He took the time to review our entire account, recommend changes, and met all our needs. Left feeling well supported (which has not always been the case).

Very personable gentleman and very knowledgeable we came in when our person was out with an emergency and Diego stepped up to the plate and helped us through like the teooper he truly is. Great customer service from this amazing team.
He explained the situation to me fixed the confusion in my phone and clarified all settings and had it all done in less than 15 minutes.

We got there Sunday at noon and it was pretty busy. We weren't greeted right away, the lady said something after we had been there about 10 minutes. We got called up to Donovan and he was great. We got 3 new phones with the extras and made some account changes. We were there about 2 hours and left with everything we needed.

Diego was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the process of buying new phones and transferring our service from ATT to Verizon. Not only was he helpful to myself and my family but also helped other sales reps with their customers while continuing to maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire process. He clearly is very knowledgeable about the stores services and the products. He is obviously a leader in the Wisconsin Rapids store. Thanks Diego for the great customer service!!

I would like to commend Diego for his excellent customer service and people skills. I made the trip from Marshfield to this location because of the great reviews. Diego definitely made my iPhone 15 purchase a breeze. He transferred all my data from my old iPhone to the new iPhone 15. I also witnessed how he serviced the other customers while we waited for the data transfer to be completed. He is an exceptional store manager. Thanks, Diego for your help with my purchase.

I so appreciated the service I received! The agent I worked with was transparent and forthcoming, and I felt all my questions were answered.
