Went in for couple of recalls for my F150. There was a programming issue which needed more time to discuss with Ford. Gave me a loner to use. Kept me updated on the status of my truck. Took great care in explaining the issue. Very good communication.

My wife and I had about a 90 minute wait while work was done to our F-150, a member of the service department came out to visit with us which was really nice. Showing us pictures of trucks of interest to me, that he had restored. Made us fresh coffee which went over great with my wife. Overall experience was top notch, looking forward to our next service!

Bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Tyler and he was absolutely amazing to work with! He knew what I really didn’t want (that I almost bought) and got me in the exact perfect SUV for me! I could not be happier with my experience and this purchase! Thank you Tyler :)

Went there a couple weeks ago in a bind, I had a car break down and needed a new car. I was able to get in contact with Silous and Kacie, they helped me from start to finsih. Both took my needs into consideration and busted their a** to get me into a newer worry free car! I apprechaite everything they did and, I am loving my new car! Loan process was easy and any questions I had were answered! Great overall experience! Would recommend! 10/10!

I bought my vehicle in November and noticed it was leaking oil so I brought it in and was told it was going to be $1700. After talking to the manager he helped me out and got me a deal to help me get it fixed. Honestly really grateful for what they did and got it back in a decent time.

The seals department has been extremely patient with me. When I'm purchasing a different vehicle, it takes me a while to make up my mind. They allowed me to take the new perspective vehicle home for the weekend which I am thoroughly enjoying! Will it help me to make up my mind? I'm sure they're hoping so. Anyway it's been an excellent process.

Mike in service was beyond helpful. Very courteous and patience with me. He went way beyond what I have received in the past. He checked on me and kept me updated on my service.
Mike also followed up to see if I needed anything else.

Kacie was the absolute best, Couldn't recommend her enough. Got me out of a sticky situation into a nice an affordable vehicle. She stayed late to get the deal done and didn't complain one time. I would absolutely recommend buying your next vehicle from her.

While traveling and experiencing engine issues, Rapids Ford was able to squeeze me into their schedule, get my truck diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road without an extensive delay. Am very happy with their service dept.

Tony took excellent care of us with our Maverick purchase. We ordered in September of last year and thanks to Ford's production issues it didn't arrive until August, which we knew was a possibility when we ordered. During that time our original salesman left and Tony took over our order. He was quick and responsive to our questions and an all around pleasure to work with.
