Mizu Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

Ordered 5 rolls to-go during lunch time. The atmosphere inside of Mizu seemed like a pretty nice spot (although I went at an off-time so it was not busy).

The girl working the front was very pleasant and welcoming. Got a pick 2 and pick 3 lunch special. I ordered 4 regular maki rolls (tuna, 2 yellowtail and salmon) and a spicy salmon. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The yellowtail had nice marbling and seemed like a good cut of fish. The spicy roll was also delicious as it had just the right amount of spice and tempura flakes.

The rolls were of decent size and seemed to be a good value. Although I can’t speak for any other menu options I would definitely consider returning as it is one of the better places in Allentown.

Food was A1 this is real hibachi….The closest thing to Benihanas and the experience was AMAZING the chef was really nice… he was cool with my husband seafood allergy and made sure his food was separate. We will be back ❤

Hibachi is always fun. The food was fresh, but the steaks were a little bit chewy.
They were perfectly seasoned, and the chef was entertaining.

Tonight was my first time coming here. I arrived 35 minutes before closing time for some take-out as I work overnight and generally eat around 10/11pm. The young lady at the front desk was sooo nice. I asked if they had a crunchy roll and she politely informed me of 3 other rolls I might enjoy. I chose the dynamite roll and it was delicious, warm and a wonderful recommendation. While I waited she offered me water. She was so kind and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning, maybe even tomorrow to dine-in with family this time lol.

First time visiting this new restaurant that used to Oishi Japan. Newly remodeled with lovely decor, nice table and booths and hibachi tables. Food was very good. Ordered yellow tail and salmon rolls , fillet mignon dinner , spring rolls, yellow tail jalapeno appetizer, and a side of fried rice. Dinners come with salad and also white rice. Steak was tender and delicious and had a nice sauce on the side. Good fried rice, sushi and the spring rolls were good as well. Extensive menu with many choices and options to choose from. Nice place to dine in or for take out. I didn't see a bar so i believe this is still a byo. Spacious parking lot and close to AMC for a nice dining option before or after a movie. Will definitely be back.

We love Mizu Sushi & Hibachi. They have great chefs that are a lot of fun with the guests. The food is incredible. We have been there a few times and will continue to go back. Great restaurant!!

Wonderful hibachi experience. The chef was super fun and made us laugh hysterically. Sushi was great along with the tuna! Def will be back!

I order take out from here all the time and have not been dissappinted. 3 rolls, soup, and salad for 15 dollars is a great lunch deal. The fish is always fresh and consistently good. I never have to wait terribly long for take out. Staff is very kind!

This was the best hibachi I have ever had! The service was phenomenal and the food was incredible. Everything came out at the perfect time, and the price was so reasonable. We will be coming here again.

The staff is exceptionaly pleasant. Very inviting atmosphere. Food was by far top 2 for hibachi in the Lehigh Valley. This will be my family's new go to for hibachi. Definitely would recommend it.

We went here for a birthday dinner. The food and service was phenomenal! They even gave us free fried ice cream since we had a birthday. That was such a nice surprise! They came out and sang, and put a candle in the ice cream. Very cute. The food was fresh and a large portion also. We had sushi and hibachi meals. The hibachi cooking experience was great as well. The chef was definitely qualified and was very funny! I have a minor shell fish allergy that the chef accommodated, which was really considerate. Lastly, It’s byob, which is good to know for next time. 5 stars all the way!

I was finishing a long drive day on a multi day trip and didn't want fast food. I saw Mizu on the map, so ordered online and picked up my delicious dinner (and the next day's lunch). It was SO good. While I didn't get to truly enjoy the atmosphere, the restaurant had a cool, relaxing feel.
