Ronaldo was exceptional from the start when he came by to give us an estimate. My wife was very nervous about choosing the right product and color. Ronaldo was very accommodating and making arrangements to look at previous customers floors who he had recently installed. Additionally, accommodating with bringing additional samples for her to see. Level of service and quality installation in extremely professional staff. Always returned my phone calls in a reasonable time frame.
In an age, which is difficult to find contractors and who show up on schedule and timely and complete the project as promised with quality and professionalism, I can’t say enough about Ronaldo and his team. They were clean on time, courteous and respectful.
I found it quite refreshing to have a contractor that is honest and true to his word Ronaldo and his team checked off all the boxes.
In terms of pricing, I found it to be very competitive. To be honest, I had quoted other companies and Ronaldo beat them, but I would’ve given him the project if the pricing were the same. Highly recommend him and his company.

Excellent LVP installation in our glassed in, climate controlled, lanai over the top of an existing concrete floor. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. 4 men worked in unison to complete the job seamlessly. We highly recommend Black Gold Flooring.

Today we had luxury vinyl plank put in several areas of our house. It was installed by Ethan, Forest and Diago. They did an excellent and very professional job. Very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

We had a tile backsplash installed by this company. It is absolutely beautiful. The installers were very pleasant, worked quickly and left the kitchen clean when finished. I would highly recommend them.
