I'm not from the area but my daughter is and went in to the store to get a battery and was helped by a gentleman named Jordan. He went over and above to help her, even installed the battery. It made me so happy that they were so good to her that I called the store and spoke to Mike the store manager and told him how awesome it was to have such great service! Thank you AutoZone for having great employees that work at this store!!!

I went in today (as a female it can be nerve wracking) and JORDAN R went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He knew very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my options. Very professional and such a gentlemen! I will definitely be back.

Handicap accessible, they will open doors for you if you are in a wheelchair. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, which is especially nice if you don't know exactly what you're doing.

I have shopped here a few times and everybody is always very helpful. Jordan R. was particularly helpful when I needed to change my brake lights. I will continue to shop at this AutoZone.

The staff were helpful. My vehicle broke down at 7Pm. Called AAA for a tow. Auto zone personnel let me wait inside for the tow truck as it was cold outside. I did have to wait outside when they closed, but they had no problem if or when i had to leave my vehicle overnight. Driver showed up on time. The problem was AAA took 12 hrs to finally dispatch Kling Towing! I have to replace AAA ! Auto zone personnel were sympathetic and helpful.

Michael helped my family and I so much. He was exceptional. We have never had customer service like this before. He didn’t care about selling us anything, he cared about helping us. We went in for a new battery, but when he tested it, it was still good. He could have easily sold us one, but he said that is against my own morals to do that when I know you can still get longevity out of this one. He then saw corrosion around the battery that was causing the issue of us believing that we needed a new battery because our lights were flashing when we turned the car on. We asked how to clean it and he went inside, grabbed some tools, came outside and cleaned it, himself. We couldn’t thank him enough while he was doing it. We told him we were on vacation, visiting our 90 year old grandma and this was her car. We went to give him money and he wouldn’t take it. Michael, you are an Auto Zone angel, you are the best. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My neighbor who fixes up vintage cars recommended this branch down on 466 near Oxford to me for parts and assistance and they have been really great! Shout out to Mike and Gil. They check inventory over the phone, honor the warranty, and are patient and kind if you're not completely knowledgeable. The store is clean and tidy, the crew is thoughtful and they have a few women on staff too. Pick this one!!

I had the pleasure of John helping me with an auto parts purchase last week (March 2023). He simply could not have been more personable, helpful and professional. I will continue to shop this location!

Dave was awesome. Another store refused to get the part we needed until after 3pm. My husband started walking 7 miles to get to this store. When my husband called to verify the part, the store manager went out if his way to pick my husband up and brought him and the part back to our vehicle. Thank you for your kindness.

Steph was a big help with my return today, great customer service.

First time to an AutoZone, and their service was impeccable!

Went to this store with a dead battery (that we did not even purchase there) and Steve from the Ocala location was helping their short staff out. Told him it was fairly new battery and he hooked it up and told us it would be better if they slow charged it. He kept it over night for us so it can slow charge and told how to prevent this incident. He went and went above and beyond to help us we were so appreciative of his customer service. Literally the nicest person I’ve ever met. I tried tipping him $20 just for saving us time and money which he denied. Steve is an asset to Autozone for sure and they’re lucky to have him. Thank you again Steve.

I want to offer five stars to the service I received today (6/8/21) by the two employees who assisted me this morning at Auto Zones store at 4147 West County Rd on 466. Allow me to explain, as anyone who has replaced windshield wipers, it is a difficult task for the novice as most after market parts require adapters. These two professionals made the extra effort to guide me through the job until its completion! While many auto stores may promise to assist, this team backs up their talk with action! Due to confuse that my mother went thru after purchasing parts back in 2018 in Royal Palm Beach, mother had to repurchase items because mix up, but I really appreciate Michael clarified how system works and what to do next time, my mother was please information giving to us. And AC does work. Michael thanks for time giving we do appreciate it.

We are from East Texas! We were on our way home from a family vacation in Florida when our battery completely died. We were about 20 minutes away from this AutoZone store. When I called, I got Mike, he was super helpful even though I could tell he was also helping other customers in the store. He worked out a way to bring us a new battery, and even took the old one back and did the core charge refund. I can not convey how greatful I am for his kindness! He went above and beyond to help us!
