The Fresh Market

Love shopping here. Always has great steaks. Will cost more than Walmart but the quality and selection is great and worth the extra price. So many things to look at that I do not find at the other stores.

What an angel you have working in this store!! I was in this store on Wednesday December 20, 2023. I called that day to ask if there was someone there who could put together a Fruit basket, with fruit, cookies nuts pretzels etc. I spoke with Jeff and he said yes that someone could help me with that but I got there later than I thought and Jeff was already gone.

A new person who works in produce said he would try to help me, I bought three empty baskets. I filled one basket, laid the fruit nuts honey etc.out, with Rose the cashier (what a doll), took a picture of it and paid for everything with Rose the cashier. I left the baskets with the produce person (who told me he was new but would have someone try to help) andwas supposed to put everything together in the baskets that I left with him . Everything would be ready and I could pick up the field baskets on Friday, December 22 at 4 PM. I absolutely do not want to give this person’s name because it was their intention to be helpful and do not want to get him in trouble. Our plan was to use the pictures for the person who would be setting up the baskets to put them together with cellophane and a big bowl and I would pick them up, and pay for them on Friday at four.
I put the original basket together in the floral area, using the cellophane used for shrink wrap, about that I found back there and some tape. Took a picture and left it with the produce person.

When I arrived on Friday, the basket had not even been started and it did not appear that this was going to happen.

Thank God Jeff was there.‼He immediately took charge of the situation,. Using the pictures and the pre-paid baskets, for items, he put the two baskets together and stayed right with me at the cashiers while I paid for the contents.

Jeff took the baskets back to the preparation area while my husband and I continued to complete our shopping list stopping at the hot bar and other items for Christmas cooking.

When Jeff brought back the two baskets they were perfect.
I thought Jeff was the store manager the way he took control and was so confident and did such an amazing job. He said he was the “assistant produce manager“, but to me he was an angel and could be a store manager. These are the things that are important to consumers. Someone that lets you know that your concerns are important and that you are in GOOD HANDS.

Thank you Jeff for being there for my husband and I and for saving the day. I will spread the word.

My favorite place to stop and grab a quick lunch. Always find something new to try. Fresh products. Nice employees!

Everybody helped us. Uncle Jeff? (not sure of his name) was stupendous in helping John with our order. Two other people helped Rosemarie find dried figs, and stuffed grape leaves. The stuffed grape leaves were a different brand than what we've been buying, so I couldn't find them. It turned out the ones that the gentleman found for me were a different brand and on a different shelf. It's outstanding shopping in this store. Everybody is ready to help.

I really enjoy this store. The products are of the best quality. It’s almost like each section/department is a store unto itself. Upon entering the store today I noticed what a beautiful selection of flowers they have. Really, this is a great store. Very highly recommended.

Fresh market has terrific fresh food all around the store! Top notch quality products including meat, fish poultry, and pork. Baked good so delicious 😋 good service too!

The prices are a little high, but the employees are always super nice (and not in a fake way), so I am willing to spend a little more. The young man in the deli is just the nicest person. He always says hello and asks how I’m doing, even when I’m not getting anything from the deli.

Lots of yummy things are not available in other stores. Their meat counter and the bakery are outstanding.

Your Fresh Market in the Villages is extremely well liked. However,
the olive, garden island is poorly stocked and the little pictures haven't been changed in quitre a while and do not match the items in the island. Plus, you haven't had pitted Kalamata olives since Zorba the Greek was a kid!!! What say you?

It's obvious from the moment you walk in the store, it's different. The entire staff is customer centric and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Hats off to the bakery and meat departments, top shelf. Honorable mention to the stockers whom face the products, great job! Well stocked.

Very clean store and always fully stocked. They have a very good meat department. I have to eat gluten free and they have a nice variety of foods and snacks. The prices are a little higher than I like but the quality of foods are worth it.

Great store. Love the selection. Produce especially. I can get things at Fresh Market I can't get anywhere else. A little pricey but good.

This is an excellent specialty store. If you are looking for Cap'n Crunch, you most likely won't find it here, but if you are looking for some healthier options, this might be the store for you. Their weekly specials are great for stretching your budget. Make sure to go to the website to find the days that have items you want. They also have amazing pre-made meals, produce, and deli. The ground chuck on Tuesdays is only $2.99 a pound....worth the trip!

Great selection first time there, prices are a little higher but it was nice for some of the specialty stuff

This is the best place to get great flavored coffee! You can grind it here if you want.

This Fresh Market is a very nice clean store that is well stocked with all of its products.
They have lovely flowers in the front of the store. They have delicious looking salads and prepared meals that you can buy by the pound.
Their produce area is immense, they have many varieties of each fruit which is nice. The meats section is large;all meats look very fresh. The Bakery area is a little smaller here. The selection of organic food is excellent.
The one thing I do find concerning is the fact that the store is not very well illuminated.

Been here many times, and made my once a year trip today to pick up 2 boxes of Hatch chiles to roast and freeze.
The store is awesome, very clean and has very good products.
I would also like to give a shout out to Vernon who I spoke with on the phone last night before driving up today. He had my product in the cooler and ready to go when we arrived.
We bought a bunch of other stuff too.
5 stars across the board. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed. Great customer service as well.

Love their Tuesday deals..hamburger and chicken breaststroke 3.99 per pound.
Plus love the great variety of food. Their deli has everything you could imagine and my favorite is their chicken salad.
