Juliana was amazing! It was my first time ever at Bluemercury and I wasn't sure where to start. So many product choices. I explained my skin type and what I wanted out of my skincare routine and she helped me to find a good toner for my sensitive skin, and provided me with samples as well. A morning and night moisturizer and a daily SPF of 30. I have been using them all for 3 days now and I already feel and see a difference. I will def be going back and repurchasing. She was AMAZING and I highly recommend consulting with her for the skincare. So knowledgable!

Lucia was amazing! She helped me find the perfect setting spray and I ended up wanting to try a hydration spray as well because she told me about how awesome it smelled! She was so kind and so helpful I really can’t say enough about how great my experience here was. My boyfriend even had a good time!

Don’t mess around at Sephora or Ulta. This is the real deal! Corey color matched me and gave me the foundation perfectly matched for my skin tone.

Brandi does wonders with her facials. I came to her for major help with my eyebrows. She transformed them and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend blue mercury to my family and friends!

I always go to bluemercury to have my makeup done by Kory he's the best.

Really enjoy the products. A little annoyed that they have no pricing on anything. So I had no clue how much I was spending, but otherwise I enjoyed everything I got!

Was looking for a specific product and the gentleman in the store told me to go to west Hartford because they don’t carry it - drove to west Hartford and the girl was confused as to why he’d say that because they don’t carry it either. I also just attempted to come to this location and they are closed meanwhile the website hours say 6 and so do the hours posted on the store. Closing the store over 30 minutes early is unacceptable, I will not be back.

I called for make up application pricing for an engagment photoshoot session (natural make up, just me). I was told the regular price for make up application is $45 but since I'm a bride it would be $100. I asked what the difference is for the "bridal make up" (mind you this is just a photoshoot and not a wedding) vs "regular make up" she said there was extra work that goes into the bridal make up and because of the wedding party (also clarified with her it was just me and for a 1 hr photoshoot). I'm honestly so tired of seeing companies trying to profit off the same service just because the customer is getting married at some point.

Great products but annoying over selling. I just wanted my R & Co mouse hair product. I did not want to buy an additional $400 worth of products. Stop bugging your customers ! Overall annoying experience here. Would not go back

Updated 12/11/2021..... sad to see the judging is still present at this location! Brandy will 100% judge you on your appearance and make it obvious that you are not welcome there if you don't "look the part".

The negative reviews posted here are 100% accurate still! Unless you are a dolled up resident of Glastonbury and are an average citizen who works hard for a living you will be COMPLETELY JUDGED by the employee here! Employee did not care about helping us, treated us as if we had no business being in the store and picked the wrong product we asked for! If you don't care about the customer and are judging them on appearance you're not going to care if you're selling them the right product!

I went a while and had a larger blonde girl help me. She was no help at all. She had an attitude the whole time like we were inconveniencing her, and when asked for product recommendations she was tripping over her words like she didnt know anything. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this store, and I dont see myself ever shopping here again.

Stopped in to find out more information for a facial booked an appointment went to Facial appointment first time went well the second time lady was races saying that my skin tone is dark Axing personal questions kept repeating it several times making racial comments telling me about dark people skin kept using the word dark colored dark color she is very disrespectful think she is a doctor and she have horrible skin I will never go back there I paid of them $500 for two facials
