Julia really helped me find the right fabric for my project. She didn’t try to push me, and she was supportive of my needs to stay within a budget. Great customer service, and her professionalism along with Calico’s very reasonable fabric prices earned my business.

Interesting place to locate fabrics for client projects. Easy to locate with plenty of parking. Location offers large selection of quality fabric samples which are well displayed. Staff helpful and courteous, will help find or think-out-loud with you to select just what is needed or offer suggestions if that is what you need, you may also look around on your own.

This review is for online / web contact of customer service at the Austin Texas store. I contacted th store via the web regarding a fabric they previously carried. The customer service rep had to research the issue but was prompt in responding and helpful. The fabric was no longer being carried by the firm and the new fabric did not fit my need or budget but customer service was great and has been in the past also

An amazing place. Chyna was amazingly helpful with so many good ideas. I definitely recommend that everybody asked for her I came out with Hooters ideas and armloads of fabric. Definitely stop in for their latest sale closeout items.

The quality and selection of the fabrics are excellent (albeit on the $$ side). The staff were extremely helpful - even gave my 6 year old daughter some free samples to play with.

Wonderful fabrics, trims, hardware with amazing full service custom work rooms providing customers with top of the line custom window treatments, bedding, reupholstery And a line of quality furniture frames to customize. Expert, detailed, fun designers to work with. Management is professional and efficient! Love this Austin Calico!

Great service and selection

Great store with very friendly, helpful staff. I wish they had a larger selection of fabric, though. My daughter is looking forward to taking classes there and really enjoyed looking at the large format sewing machines.

We are beyond frustrated with Calico Corners. We cut them some slack because of COVID hours, but we first purchased the fabric and arranged for pick up of 3 pieces in the first week of June (it is now Aug 13). Some of the fabric wasn't in stock; they didn't tell us. We discovered this by calling in late July and asking where our furniture was; they said the fabric would be here on July 31. Earlier this week a new person called us and asked US if we had our furniture. We said no, in fact we don't even know the status. Oh, she said. She'd investigate and get back to us. Radio silence. So we're out $4000 plus two chairs and a couch, and we can't get information. I'm tired of calling them: they should be reaching out to us, and they SHOULD be offering some sort of compensation for their abysmal performance. I'm not holding my breath. Update: I guess after seeing this they called, and announced the new date for the fabric to be Sept 1. We're going in tomorrow to pick another fabric. Our confidence in their word is soooooo small.

Their wallpaper selection is a disaster, 5 old ugly books!

Rude staff. I was the only customer in the store. No greeting. No offer to help. Felt like that moment in “Pretty Woman.” Will never do business with them again. Ever. Big mistake. Huge.
