Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I love SW paints, the color selection and the customer service. Each store has access to my purchase history (with my approval) making it super easy to recall exactly the name/type of paint I'd previously used. The best part is the customer service is beyond excellent. I always think that speaks volumes about the nature of the corporation: that they hire folks who put the customer first. I had another great experience today with Bailee White, manager of the N. Montana Avenue store. It was my first encounter with Bailee and he exceeded the standard that I've come to expect at SW. I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this store, particularly to DIYers. Although they serve a lot of professionals, the staff here - and in particular Tara - are glad to take the time to give tips to homeowners. They have a lot of experience, and will recommend not just the right products and tools (which they sell), but also application techniques. I just moved to Helena, and this is now my go-to paint store.

As a professional painter and a client I am impressed with the customer service. The manager and staff are great to work with and exceed my expectations with what I need for my clients. Very knowledgeable for when I have questions. My go to's for exterior paint are Reslience and Emerald. Interior are Duration or Super Paint. I have applied these product to many surfaces and approve of their quality and finish. All suggested by the staff at SW.

I love this store. I told the gentleman I spoke with what I was painting and he gave me some great ideas , and the best paint to do the job. He said 10 minutes and he brought my items to my truck with a smile and thank you. 👍

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They understood what we were doing and had great recommendations. We left the store with what we needed.

Great products and knowledgeable staff. Usually always have a coupon for discounts if you search the internet or just ask them at the cash register
