Target

I came to the target in Helena Montana looking for an Alexa for my mom who is 89 and who wants to stay here for a while after my dad passed. One of her Home Health people recommended an Alexa since she doesn’t like to wear that “help I’ve fallen” button around her neck. The guys in customer service on a late Friday night and the gentleman and tech were super helpful and courteous. A real credit to the store.

I got my 70" Westinghouse Smart TV today sales associate Zack was very helpful throughout the whole process even as busy as he was and then helping me like he did and acknowledged other customers was impressive. Oh and the TV works flawlessly.

Love this place. They have so many self service like walmart. They actually have cashiers and they quick. Target has a lot of variety. I have done more business there now than most others

I don't even go there to shop. So many dressed for summer, ready for bed. Whole reason I become purchasable & if all else fails... Starbucks!

I enjoy visiting targets as the store is always clean, the isles are clear, and the employees are pleasant and friendly.

Clean. The store is organized a bit different than most but we found what we were looking for.

Target products are always as advertised. I do alot of online ordering and pick up in store. My orders have always been ready in a timely manner usually quicker than they've originally said. Employees are helpful and kind.

Sometimes I went there and something buy rare what I need. I love it

service was fast and friendly. Our pick up order was ready before the 2 hour window time frame. Didn't have everything I ordered in stock, but shipping the out of stock items for free.

Target is always very clean and has exceptional products. I really like the cart wheel app that lets me save even more than the deals that target already has. Target also price matches with Amazon and other stores, so you know that you're getting rest products at the best prices. They also have amazing staff.

The employees here are amazing!
I thought I had contacted Apple to upgrade my phone and was instructed to use an Apple gift card to complete the upgrade. After purchasing the gift card I began to give the code to the customer service rep at Apple.
The lady at Target who helped me purchase the gift card stopped me and told me that I might be getting scammed. After double checking the phone number I realized that I wasn't talking to Apple but a clever scam company that looked just like Apple's website.
I stopped the call and asked if I could cancel the purhase of the gift card. The wonderful ladies worked together to cancel the purchase and saved me from a $200 scam.
I am so grateful for their vigilance and service.

I called 8/16/18 to obtain information regarding Consumer Cellular phones inventory. Nick was so very helpful: knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. My husband and I drove up the following day to make the purchase and worked with Anton (sp?). Again, he was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Having spent a significant amount of time the previous week with phone companies/reps/options, I found it most refreshing to find these two gentleman who were interested in what we wanted rather than what they wanted to sell. Thank you, Nick and Anton, for making our new phone purchase tolerable!

One of the best Targets I've been to, go their daily and I go to the gym and then I will send you the link to the video of the best things in the past and I go to the gym and then I can get a ride to the video is on his knee is feeling good about this is a test to see if I don't have a lot to be ready for you to come over but I'm going home.

Despite the fact that I was sick, had no voice, and had to write everything down, the ladies that helped my with my order were wonderfully pleasant and got me on my way within 5 minutes. An overall wonderful experience!

Great Target nice clean store. Well-organized got all the stuff I needed and out the door quickly thanks to lots of cashiers being ready to help. I like that

Very quick, and easy

Jason is awesome.!! Just bought a huge patio chair and the target people had to take it apart. It worked out in the end and the chair is super cool!

I love Target. It is my go to store for lots of items. I also like the extended food offerings. Makes it easier to do one stop shopping.
