Fabulous branch to do business with. Our banker was Rosemery and her professional & kind service was "over the top." The branch manager also spent time with us and he was terrific! Great Branch!! 5 stars!

I love Altura Credit Uinion! They have always been there for me, & as a senior citizen, it's important to have your bank watching your 'back', so to speak. They have always kept my interest at heart. ❤

The ATM machines here are always not working or stealing cards. The staff never seem to update them or get new ones. Staff is friendly and outgoing. Make sure to come in during the week for bank related issues. It's a big mistake if you go to Altura during the weekends for they are busy.

UPDATE: They did exactly what I wanted this branch to do... listen to their customers. I recently stopped here to take money out of the ATM machines and they did indeed put in brand new ones. It's so much better now.

The customer service at the Riverside Avenue branch is the best. I had a few transactions and a lot of questions to ask and Amber was very patient and helpful. She made me feel like a valued member and towards the end she asked if there was anything else that she could help me with even though she had help me with so much. I would recommend Altura credit union to my friends and family.

We came here because we no longer liked the big bank we were at for 48 years. Altura, in contrast, is always friendly, helpful, and gave us a great loan for home improvement. When we come in we always get a friendly hello.

If you live in Riverside and are looking for a bank Altura should be on your list. They always add a personal touch with there clients that makes you feel appreciated

I hardly had any issues with the credit union. ATM drive thru has always been clean. A couple of times the machine was not able to complete my deposit, so I went to another location a few city blocks away that accepted the deposit.

The BEST staff! Manager is awesome, Tellers are great and the Receptionist's are always very polite. LOVE this place.

However...
I applied for a loan a few months back over the internet. It was SuPER easy and the money was in my account within a few hours! Weird :). I paid that loan off in a few months.

Last week I applied for a smaller loan. After 5 days I still didn't have the money in my account. The seller sold the item I needed the loan for. I notified the Loan dept and they just cancelled it. I just wish I was told it would take a week before I wasted everyone's time.

Still love Altura...they are an awesome bunch :)
