Shred Nations

I like to say Tyler And Kelsi they are Very professional and courteous And very knowledgeable about their job I used Nation shredder once before They gave me very good service I highly recommend them to everyone

I called other companies that gave me an unreasonable high estimate. This company was fast to respond, reasonable priced, and very clear and transparent about price, timing and details of service.

1. Scheduling - excellent
2. Security during transfer - No security - the person who came did not give a signed receipt as I expected
3. Price - very reasonable
4. Payment - bizarre system where the person who came to get the boxes, called on his cell phone to their office and I had to give my credit card information to someone at the other end - felt rather uncomfortable with that. So I offered to call them back. Still not a very good method.
5. Had to call and remind to get a receipt of payment back
6. At the bottom of a quick book standard receipt - they had a printed statement stating that all the contents were disposed of safely and securely. No signature. No stamp.

Overall I will not be using them again.
