Hands down 10 stars. In 2013 I got my first set from here. Today I replaced my set not because it didn’t work but because I wanted a matching set. The old set worked great and still till it was replaced. The slightly used set for a Samsung pair was reasonably perfect. Delivery was fast and smooth install was great he even took time to show me how it worked !!! Awesome 👏🏽 forever customer here.

I purchased my first refrigerator at a very reasonable price!! Very friendly and outgoing staff that goes out of their way to make females and others feel comfortable. Very informative experience, from measuring properly and other requirements for different appliances. Delivery guys were professional and efficient, in and out. Received a 1 year warranty on this fridge. Thanks for providing an amazing experience! Hoping for the best!

They are husband and wife team i believe. Very good service! I live an hour away and although shipping was a bit pricey it was a steal for what I'm getting. Whirlpool washer and dryer with 1 year warranty. They've got layaway but what was even better is that they've got a deal with Acima and it was a very simple process! The delivery fee, set up fee, and removal of my old appliances was a great deal and it's all included through Amica! If you set up for the 90 day same as cash it's great. But, the only draw back would be that if you miss one payment it rolls over to the 12 mon financing fee which is a bit pricey. Had i to do over I would've just made the extra payments just in case instead of signing up for the automatic withdrawal for the 90 days and kept it the 12 month just because anything could happen. You do need a checking account. Small deposit and then 2/3 days and delivered. Also, the great part is if you get say approval for say 1,800 (more or less) and you only use a portion of... You can transfer the remaining to another company that uses this company as well!! So not so bad ay. They were very informative and very considerate and kind. It was well worth the drive and they've loads to choose from! Mines are scratch and dent but can't even see the scratch. I'm very happy!

My advice is Save your receipt.
And if you have a problem call him up. But be chill. I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to make a difference. I always want to read an honest review.

So here is mine . Mister Almonte is a business man. Rough around the edges but also is about leaving a good impression behind his business.

Things happen. I almost lost my cool. But I was reminded of the saying you get more bees with honey.

He remedied my little dilemma and replaced my refrigerator with in 24 hours. Who stays in business this long if he wasn’t an upright business man. I recommend his business. Just communicate properly.

All I can say is that him, his wife and his children are lovely people and about servicing their community and I’m happy to go back and purchase again.

I've been knowing Almonte over 5yrs. I remember when he started in a very small store on No Front Street. I lived right next door. He always treat each customer with respect. His prices are very reasonable and he's a very nice business man and a good friend. Over the years I've purchased a few appliances from him and they all worked great with no problems. I highly recommend Almonte and his services!!

We have been dealing with this family run store for many years. We have purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer from this store. All of these appliances have worked without issue. We trust that the owner is an honest person and that he will stand behind the products he sells. Very friendly, great prices and no high pressure sales. Checking out their chest freezers this weekend.

Top notch customer service from the nicest people you will ever meet. I purchased a washer a couple of weeks ago almost as they were closing for the evening. Not only did they take it to my car and try to make it fit in the back seat of a Camry, when it wouldn't fit they waited at my car with me well past closing time until the person I called showed up with an SUV to get it to my place!!! Excellent prices as well. Highly recommend!

Dryer is so far so good. Been here a couple times and picked up reliable used washer and dryers, gas stoves in the pass. And walked in this time got what I needed. They are very welcoming and attend to your needs quickly and always have people on hand to load up your purchase. Great prices as well I always recommend them to friends and family

I had a washing mashing that had stopped draining last week. I called Almonte and he was there the next day to repair. He charged a very fair price. He was very responsive to all of my questions and showed up in the time that he said he would. Thank you for the great service! I will definitely be a return customer.

We love this store! We have purchased a few appliances from them in the past with no issues. In fact, all still work and they are several years old. I stopped in today to take a look at some items I saw online. We will definitely be back this weekend to purchase a couple items we need for our new house. Bought a washer/ dryer set on a Thursday, was delivered and installed the following Monday. Everyone was very professional and friendly. So far the washer and dryer are working well.

They have a lot of options. Fair prices and friendly staff. My husband has purchased from them several times for his work as a maintenance man and we've also purchased appliances for our home from here. I definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome. Needed help / part on a Sunday. Stayed open until I got there, really went the extra mile. Is nice to know their are still small, privately owned buisness's around. Personal touch goes a long way.

I came by here to look at washers and it seemed like a nice place. They had a very large selection of both new and used appliances, and the sales person there seemed quite knowledgeable while not pushy at all.

Definitely seems like a good place if you want a deal.

Very nice woman in there and never had any problems. Its a used appliiance store, people expect Sears and HHGregg. I would recommend anyone to go there. Got a almost brand new stove for $150 and absolutely love it. THANK YOU MUCH!
