Stopped by here for late lunch as we were passing through. Very clean inside. Polite staff. Salad was fresh.

Like most chick- fil-a restaurants food and service are the best. They really have this down to a tee. I have been to several places all over and they just know what they are doing. This restaurant is no exception. Friendly staff and hot food served quickly. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by.

We didn't dine in took out .My husband always thought that Chick-fil-A was Just another ordinary chicken place. He didn't think it was all that great. Well we had lunch there the other day and he absolutely loved it. Another Chick-fil-A lover

Customer service was great as always, food was good and fast. The Water melon drink is horrible... everything else is great as you can always expect from Chick-fil-A.

This is a new location. They have come a long way since they opened. The drive thru line moves quickly. There always seem to be enough staff working. The food has been hot and fresh. I’ve not been missing any items in my order.

I went to Bartow chick fil a this morning, and I had the best experience I’ve ever had!!! The young girl lizzy took my order and she made sure I had everything I order and had the best attitude. I can’t wait to come again!!!

What is there not to like about Chick-Fil-A other than TOO EXPENSIVE! Im glad to know there's a side salad option & the tortilla soup is tasty and comforting 😋

Always our favorite fast food place. Love the lemonade, chicken sandwiches, grilled nuggets. And the breakfast burrito, sweet tea.

Inflation is top tier here. But the food was alright. I had a breakfast bowl that seemed a Lil low on food for the price.

The food was great, but it was the exceptional customer service that really stood out to me.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They took my order quickly and efficiently, and my food was prepared and delivered to me in record time. I was blown away by how attentive and efficient the workers were, even during the lunch rush.

But what really impressed me was what happened when I drove off without realizing that I hadn't received my change. One of the workers saw what happened and immediately ran after my car to give me my money back. I was so touched by the kindness and honesty of the staff, and it made my day.

Overall, I highly recommend Chick-fil-A for their delicious food and outstanding customer service. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for a wonderful experience

It's OK. The service is great, the people are wonderful, the place is even very clean. The food is just ok. The chicken nuggets were basically crumbs. The mac n cheese was bland and kind of cakey. The fries have always been undercooked. Everything is always hot, but honestly, it's not worth it.

We dined in for dinner! Very professional employees, very clean restaurant, it was a pleasure eating here! Everyone was so nice and the food was hot and delicious when it came out.

I have been to many Chick-fil-A franchises. I have even had the pleasure of Operating the transportation team for their annual meeting aboard 2 of the largest ships. Still I had never seen a franchisee so involved with his customers, so worried about customer service and the cleanliness of his restaurant. This place was above and beyond the norm for an already elevated standard that we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. If you are in the area, stop and experience it for yourself.

Had the deluxe chicken sandwich and waffle fries, my favorite. Love the speciality shakes. The kids prizes are very nice
