Starbucks

Wanted to give a shoutout to Dontae (spelling may be wrong, sorry in advance). Every time I go through the drive-through he is always so pleasant. Always a smile. That says a lot these days. They were out of vanilla for my latte in a past visit and he suggested something else and made sure is was to my liking before I left.
Keep your pleasant attitude… it becomes you!!!

It was a Thursday evening about 730 and they’re running the buy one get one fall special. There were three people working. The line was 25 cars deep. Inside was also open but Kaitlyn did a great job holding it all together and really appreciate her attitude and her ethic!

This crew is amazing! I go in the afternoon and always wanting something different! They always have suggestions and are super helpful!!

Line was really long in drive thru so I went inside. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff moved fast and very courteous.

Amazing service this past Friday! Want to make sure the wonderful staff gets credit! I usually come in for the iced matcha, but was told they were on a shortage! A lovely girl named Ava gave me an amazing recommendation for an alternative drink! I absolutely loved it! Might be my new go to!

Crew loves their job. I always see them smiling. Thank you Starbucks for coming to Bartow, FL. 🤗

One of the best stores I’ve been to Starbucks wise! The staff is always friendly and understanding. I was pulled forward for my order and Carly brought it out to me. She was super sweet and compassionate and you can really tell she enjoys her job!!

FINALLY‐ they have Oatly brand oatmilk as a non-dairy option. So happy! Heads up though, long drive thru times in the early morning but the staff is so friendly and kind that waiting is no biggie

My girl got what she wanted and liked it. So I’m very pleased

I never go to Starbucks but long story short I was compelled to go because of a friendly commitment to order a specific coffee drink. I didn't get the mocha Frappuccino because my diet can't take it right now, but my experience at this Starbucks was so good that I'm actually writing a review. The store was good but my barista was the best I have ever dealt with in my life, though that not being many since the last time I went to a Starbucks four years ago. Bottom line, Mariah was my barista and she was worthy of the 100% tip I gave her for the two Sparkling Waters that rang up at $5.45. She's great!

Whatever Starbucks manager might read this, you must give Mariah a huge raise, a bonus at least, or a big gift! She was very professional, and courteous and patient with me as I asked her for nutrition information on the drink that I could not ultimately purchase. The other baristas were also helpful in giving me info as they helped other customers.

If I should go to that store again, and I probably won't because I just don't drink coffee all that much, I would go when Mariah is there and I would give her a 200% tip the next time I purchase a sugar filled scone or pastry that I really want after I lose as much weight as someone I met at this very very friendly neighborhood Bartow Starbucks.

Every. Single. Crew. Member. Is AMAZING. after giving me fantastic service I left my phone there like a dumdum but they kept it safe till I could track it down. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!

Busy location, doesn't always have what I want. However, drinks and food are great. This was almost a 4 star experience. I ask nice everytime for light 🧊 but it's a coin flip if it will be done correctly. The line that says milk on the cup would help new employees and or staff determine what is light ice anything below that . Thanks Starbucks!

I had a great experience at this store. The order was ready quickly and the staff was nice.

Met for a business meeting. It is very clean and has a super sweet staff. There is one large table in the back that was big enough for 5 people and quiet for a meeting.

Good place to have a cup of coffee and work on your computer.

Excellent staff. Consistently makes my drinks as ordered. Great atmosphere and larger than most Starbucks. Great music. Not too crowded. A great place to chill and do my work on my laptop.

No complaints from our pups 😊 Our local Starbucks never disappoints.

I have been saying for many years that Bartow needed to get a Starbucks and I am so happy that we finally have one. I have gone several times since the opening and have been so pleased with the service and the quality of the drinks. Each time I have gone I have been astonished with the service but especially this morning when Tony waited on me through the drive-through with an extremely pleasant greeting and overall fantastic service.

I am new the area and I am a Starbucks girl ❤ This location service was fast and friendly. Mariah greeted me at the window and started my morning off on a hood note. Will be going to the location more often.
