Dunkin'

The drive thru was quick. The server was friendly. And as always, the coffee was great!!

Had a huge issue with my points and my rewards. Manager Luis was fantastic. H e was nice and friendly. Went above and beyond to make my order right !
Wish all managers were like him!!!

I moved to the area about a year ago. I lived near a Dunkin’ Donuts where I lived last. I found this Dunkin’ Donuts in the manager Tiffani is such a beautiful person she goes above and beyond her means help others. She is truly the definition of a manager and I say this because she has always done her best that I could see and I’m there every day to make sure that everybody gets their orders fast with a smile,
treats,her team members as that team members just a delightful face to see in the morning on my way home from work. I wanted to thank her and thank Dunkin’ Donuts for having her as management so I thank you Tiffany for always brighten up my days in the morning time with a smile the right order, hot and delicious.

They were on point this morning. Even if they did run out of whipped creme, they put what they had and my iced latte was delicious. Thanks yall for making my day great to start with.

I don't really eat donuts or drink coffee but I stopped here because they had an electric vehicle charging station. I was a little hungry so I went inside and bought one of their breakfast thingies for $3. Pretty good value for the money.

Good place. The service was quick and the Coffee was great.

We ate outside behind the store at provided table and seats. We had our cat with us our motorhome was getting service and we live in it. Very convenient. Coffee was fresh, sandwiches were hot. Only issue salt was clumpy. Need to go through and get rid of some must have gotten wet at some point. Otherwise excellent experience.🙂

Counter people rude and unpleasant, I recommend any other store.

Update;
Since the new staff has started this location has been great. The new manager is awesome, I’ve never not seen him out there helping the crew, making drinks and taking orders. It’s a completely different experience now, and I hope it continues!

Slowest service I’ve ever had a Dunkin’. They will sit there and stare at the mobile order tickets for 15 minutes before they even consider making them, As your standing there waiting, they sit in the back and giggle with co workers until they have a line of 10 mobile order people their making late for work. No point of ordering in the app 10 minutes early. Won’t be ready when you get there. Quicker to wait in car line, or order inside. Then it’s ready right away.

My dad used to bring us DD when he came home from work after working OT on Sat mornings.
Let's just say I've eaten a few donuts and drank a few coffees through the years.

Now I’m probably biased because I go here almost every day, but despite always being incredible busy and understaffed, the employees always give me my order promptly, it is always correct, and they’re always very pleasant. Honestly love stopping on my way to work to see the people that get my day started.

Abby should be trainer or manager at this location. Anytime I’ve come here my order has been wrong. if it isn’t Abby making the coffee. The new hires aren’t trained correctly. The manager is not putting in the effort to make sure the coffee is being made right and is not acting like he really knows what is going on in his store line was backed up and they was no constant or order every one was all over the place

New staff and new management have really turned this place around! I stop in every morning and I'm always greeted with a genuine smile!

I swear every time I come here the coffee is burnt and they can never seem to get an one the go order right.
Although the staff if very personable, it gets to the point I am tired of having to get out of my truck for you to correct it. I just throw it away in the nearest trash can.
Update: service and quality has completely shifted. I have changed from 2 stars to 5 stars.

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts we've ever been to, and it's every time we go there, absolutely the worst in every aspect

Edited 3 years later. I thought I would give this Dunkin another shot and wow it has definitely changed. Obviously the management has changed or gotten trained because the service is waaay quicker and people are so much nicer. I will definitely be back.

The Bartow DD is definitely one of the better DDs around. If yall are like me and love DDs coffee and want your coffee HOT, check out this local store. Good hot coffee every time and fast service. Love their munchkins.

Its 02/12/18 i just left with the best coffee i ever had, made exactly how i like, i even asked for xtra Carmel an sugar, the young girl was very nice, not with an attitude like i normally get from these young kids these days, just wanted to say thank you!!
