This was a beautiful beach day. Picture perfect for photos and sunrise and sunsets. Clean and beautiful.

Beautiful beach. Had to soak in every moment! Clear water and plenty of room to walk/play. There was a little place to eat with the bathrooms, a tad bit expensive but a cute place overall. Parking was reaaaallly quite a pain as well but well worth it.

First time here, and we loved it! This is one of the best beaches we've ever visited. Parking was great. The sand was perfect. There was a beautiful mix of shells throughout the beach. The water was a cool temperature. It was also a nice turquoise color. There are beautiful large rocks to walk on and take wonderful pics. We went on a Tuesday so it wasn't crowded at all. I highly recommend this beautiful beach for everyone. Watch for the seagulls. If you give an inch, they will take a mile.

Very nice beach, perfect for sunsets admirers. It has some parking lots but not many.

I've been here twice now. It is not very crowded like other beaches, but it is the wintertime. They have a great little cafe with plenty of food and drink options. Parking is not free ~$14 for 3 hours.

Wonderful beach!! The water is crystal clear, blue, and warm. Beautiful sands, and very calm. It’s less busy compared to other beaches along the coast.

I should actually be gatekeeping this place

Great family beach. White sands and clear water. There isn’t alot to do or attractions around this beach but if you just want beach time, this is the spot. Parking was easy not overcrowded. For 6 hours we paid about $23 for parking. The cabanas were $40 cash, the guy selling them does take electronic payments, but since the rain he didn’t want take out his phone 😒🤷🏾‍♀. It was raining when we got there. The cabanas are not waterproof, so your things will get wet underneath. The cabanas do protect against sunlight so it’s worth it on a sunny day.

Upham Beach is one of my favorite beaches in the area. Possibly most of Florida.

In August, it remained relatively quiet. On the weekends there was a small crowd — I think that was in part because of a volleyball tournament held there. It was entertaining to watch anyway!

My only complaint would be the parking. It was limited and costly, especially on the days of the tournament. Weekday parking and/or walking was okay though.

My favorite part was the little nature area off to the right — it’s listed online as the Secret Garden. Videos attached. If you continue to round that corner, you can see Woody’s restaurant.

I liked the PADL boards for rent on the beach. When I had trouble returning mine, the customer service # (found on the app) was very helpful.

The Paradise Grille was a great place for food and drinks right on the beach. The bathrooms were well kept for any needed beach time potty breaks too.

This place is amazing…clean and clear water, not far walk from the parking lot and there’s also a bar with cold drinks and some food. Great place to take a relaxing day.

Upham Beach seems to be one of the best beaches in the area. Although we didn’t go to other spots, we wanted a place to watch the sunset during the cold storm that strikes the entire country and it didn’t disappoint us. The beach itself also has rental paddle boards and a toy library that kids can grab toys to play during their visit. Once they’re done, all they have to do is return to it.

Love!!! This is one of our favorite spots on St Pete Beach! It is absolutely beautiful and the water is usually crystal clear. The sand is soft and the rock jetty’s help break the waves so the beautiful water is calm for the kids to swim in. Also a great spot to catch the sunset. Makes for beautiful pictures with the rocks in the foreground. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful spot. Plus the secret garden is added bonus. Just a beautiful place overall.

Gorgeous hidden gem of a beach! Even my local Tampa friends who grew up in Clearwater said "where's that?" when I was telling them about how beautiful this place is. Extremely clear water, sugar white sands, not overly crowded, rock cove separates the beach on the end giving you the option for waves or no waves. If you wait till closer to evening, and low tide, it's a shell hunters delight! Stick around the sunset. It's absolutely breathtaking (and not overly crowded). Be aware, there's plenty of parking but it's not overly pricey. The bathrooms are located immediately off the parking lot and at the public beach entrance. There's a great little tiki bar, behind the restrooms, and before you walk the walkway to the beach. There's covered seating available for $40 for the day. But get there early - they rent quickly. Or, bring your own tents, coolers, umbrellas, and seating. There's plenty of room to spread out. No alcohol is allowed on the beach (but that didn't some we saw). There's regular beach patrol for safety. While there playing, no one messed with anyone else's belongings. We were able to leave our bags and items under our popup, and they were completely safe. But, as always, err of the side of caution and use your best judgment depending on the crowds.

A clean beach with soft white sand, prolific in shells, enough surf area, and giant rocks by the shore makes a perfect picnic place. As the sun sets, stay put to enjoy beautiful dusk scenery. There’s plenty of parking close to the beach, about 2-3 mins Walk. No lifeguards, though.

As a drone photographer and videographer I had lots of fun in general especially making this video to just show the beaches true beauty, not lots of parking tho but still 5 stars because it was a beautiful beach in general would definitely recommend either to fly a drone or to bond with friends and family, if any of you go to skypixle you’ll see I added a fly spot here just search “St. Pete beach” and it should come up as a low risk fly spot, if your into drone flying otherwise don’t worry about that.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this beach. I was told it had white rocks and I was not disappointed. The rocks are fun to walk on but of course be careful. When I went with a friend 10/2021 the water was super clear all the way up to my thighs. The beach wasn’t too busy for a Sunday afternoon. But if that’s not enough there is a beautiful and big public garden right on the sand. The garden was created back in 2008. They’re are all types of plants: succulents, pothos, broomlaids, hibiscus and more :)

Came down during July for a family vacation and this was 1/3 beaches we went to. By far the favorite of the whole family! Easy access to the beach and the sand wasn’t too soft that our wagon and cooler would get stuck. The water was a good temp and there was lots of seashells to find! Spacious enough for everyone also even during a busy holiday weekend. There was some nice looking rocks that were perfect for family photos! Parking was HORRIBLE though. Not much parking nearby and you have to “fight tooth and nail” to get a spot.

Beautiful location! If your looking to get some beach time with a gorgeous blue water view, this is the place to visit. Parking was easy to find and love that there is a grille and bar right off the beach! I went on a date here in January and it was beautiful. Not many people in the morning. Definitely recommend 10/10. I will be back!

Great sunset view white sand beach with clear water and decent parking spaces . There are few beachside bars and restaurants nearby which gives a spectacular ocean view . It’s an amazing place to spend the evening . The beach has rocks setup to form a swimming area . There are volleyball courts too.

This is a perfect beach! Off beach paid parking which you can use park mobile app to pay. There is a bathroom and snack bar that makes real food on a grill. This beach has beautiful white sand and also some rocks, which aren’t common on this peninsula. There are paddle boards you can rent and most days there is yoga on the beach at 9am.
