Our two years at The Landings have been unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The spacious, well-designed apartment provided sanctuary amidst the hustle of our new life. The kitchen, a culinary dream, was the heart of our home, always filled with warmth and laughter.

The Landings' aesthetic charm, from its carefully curated color palette to its thoughtful furnishings, made it truly exceptional. Yet, what set it apart was the unparalleled service. Each interaction with the management team felt like engaging with a professional family.

As we bid farewell and prepare for a new chapter, the memories we've made here will stay with us forever. Thank you, Landings, for being more than just a place to live !

I never imagined I would see such a wonderful community in this small town, but this community went above my expectation. It's a very secured community and the management is very friendly. Maintenance response is very fast compared to any of the community I have been. This community will be my first choice always for Jonesboro. Love this place!

This is a wonderful gated community filled with incredible, kind, respectful tenants. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and Mallorie and both were very pleasant and helpful and made the entire leasing process very easy. I loved my experience with the Landing. The apartments are new and in excellent condition, very comfortable, and in an incredible location. Also, high speed internet and cable comes with the apartment and it’s incredible! Amazing amenities, Starbucks machine, cyber cafe, swimming pool, pet spa, gym, etc. Overall, amazing place filled with great people and an amazing staff. Thank you ladies!

The Landing is Awesome. The office staff is amazing. Their maintenance team is on it always. I have interacted with Sara, Mallorie, and Dana in the office and they always have a greeting smiling face. They are so helpful. Collin on the maintenance team always get any requests done fast and efficiently!

I loved my experience with the Landing. Sara was wonderful. I also got to speak with Mallorie and she was so helpful. The manager Dana was great as well. The maintenance team was so fast and Chase had such a smiling face while doing it! 10/10 experience!

We have really enjoyed how clean the office always is. This place has very high-quality apartments, with high-end appliances and a professional paint job. Collin (maintenance supervisor) is fun and positive and responds quickly to most contact, always accommodating the best he can. This place really is great!

The Landing is by far the best place to live in Jonesboro if you’re looking to rent. The staff is all amazing, the maintenance team is always amazing. I’ve had to deal with Collin before, shows up anytime day or night. Go to the Landing!

I moved into the Landing back in July and it has been a great place to live! They are quiet, spacious, and have just about everything you would need between the apartment and the amenities at the clubhouse. The few times I have needed maintenance to fix something, they have come within 24 hours. The apartments is pet-friendly and my dog and I love going for walks around the complex. I highly recommend living at the Landing.

I’ve lived at The Landing for two years and it’s been great. Brand new apartments that are very nice and the community as a whole is very quiet and clean. Malorie in the office is always friendly and helpful and Collin takes care of any maintenance needs that I have immediately. A great place to live!

My roommates and I have lived at The Landing for about 6 months now. We honestly cannot think of any nicer apartments to live in in Jonesboro. The community is small and quiet, but also quite involved with the town! Very close to campus and lots of shops/restaurants. The staff at The Landing also really care about their residents, which has definitely set them apart from other places we've lived. A great clubhouse, fun give-aways, opportunities to give back to the community, etc. keep the residents engaged here! As for the apartments themselves, they are spacious, modern, and fancy! We really love how easy these apartments are to clean, which doesn't seem like something you'd consider but is definitely helpful when it does come time to clean (especially if you have pets or kids). As graduate students, we have found this place to be affordable for university students if you are comfortable splitting the costs with roommates. Overall, we're so happy that we moved here and looking forward to the rest of our time here!

I just moved into The Landing and couldn't be happier. The employees are always easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. They still have some construction going on completing more apartments (and very quickly!), but I haven't heard any of it from inside my apartment. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Brand new. Has a clean and crisp look that would be easy to add any furniture combination to. My favorite part is the bathroom that has both a deep tub and a standing shower. I would say the label "luxury apartments" is fitting!

I just moved into the Landing and I love it! My apartment is brand new and the amenities are very nice. It is quiet and I feel safe there. The staff are always so kind and helpful whenever I need something. Maintenance has responded to anything I need as soon as I put in a request. I would definitely recommend living here.

The cleanest apartments I have toured in Jonesboro and surrounding areas. From the moment I arrived the ladies up front were nice and Malorie gave us the tour and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend, these apartments are up to date which is something you don't find often in this area.

The Landing staff was fantastic and thorough. We had a tight turnaround and they were quick and flexible.
Amenities have been great so far - safe/clean.
Maintenance crew is friendly, respectful and has been prompt.
No issues with noise so far for us- overall great choice in our first few months!

The apartments are very nice with a welcoming atmosphere. The maintenance team always has a very quick maintenance for maintenance request. Collin the maintenance guy is very personable and knowledgeable person. So far I have had a great experience at the complex.

Working with Nicole and Malorie has been amazing! They are both very polite, enthusiastic and very willing to go above and beyond. I’m moving from a few states away and they have been so accommodating with helping me finalize moving plans and even documentation necessary for various things on my end! I’m very excited to move into my beautiful apartment in a few weeks! Thank you!

Although I haven't moved in yet, I can say that the experience of leasing my first apartment has been the best that I could ask for. Malorie worked with me for months until everything was finalized and she was so polite and pleasant throughout the entire process. She even gave me a virtual tour of my unit and walked around the complex so I could see everything from 1,000 miles away. I truly want to commend her for her personable service as it makes a new renter feel comfortable with such a big move. The apartments look beautiful and I cannot wait to join the community! Me and my roommates have lived here at the landing for about 7 months now!! This was my first apartment experience and I can’t imagine living anywhere else!! The property managers are amazing and get back to you promptly, the maintenance guys are a god send as well!! Every request for maintenance I’ve ever put in was fixed in 24 hours or less!! I would recommend living here to anyone!!
