Grand Oak Place Apartments

Been here for 3 years and I've had no complaints about these apartments nice and quiet for me and my kids. I enjoy living here in these apartments.

Management has made a huge stride I. Making the place look better .getting the inside of the apartments updated is the next step . Biggest issue now is the drama surrounding the Buildings get the drama down and people will be more relaxed makes for an easier time less like a prison with drama and gossip . Spent 3.5 years with me ray moody the insides are not as nice but he does a very good job protecting this place if u call and say something serious is happening he will be there no matter the time

Stayed there clean and nice people too work with. i just wish i didnt have too move out.

It needs so much work. Everything is out dated and falling apart. Appliances are barely working and the carpet and tile all needs to be replaced. Roaches in the walls the vents and the drains. Gas company has had issues with the landlord for several years. Water heaters are not safe to light do to exposure and possibility of the place going up in flames.

Maybe not all of the building.But I no the ones on right side are full of bed bugs,Roaches, fleas, what ever you name it is in Grand Oak place. My child is very sick behind this. Roaches everwhere.in the bathtub in the refrigerator.Okay when you start to cook. Your food get smelling really good you are invited Roaches you can't cook in you arpt.

These apts suck ass.. I moved out like 4 years ago because my cental heat an air didnt work.. I had to heat my house up over my stove, plus his office had roaches. An he keeps reportn my credit.. Would never live there again.
