The apartments are clean and accessible. Great value when compared to the A State dorms. The apartment manager James is easy to work with and thoroughly explains everything. I would recommend this facility for college living.

My son has lived here for 2 years. We love the staff they are helpful and very friendly. This has been a great experience for him and we love that he was able to take his dog.

I came here first in summer that time they provide good coffee, have proper pool stick, each and everything good but right now they are not providing good coffee, they don’t have cup sometimes, sometimes no tv remote, and they haven’t provide pool stick yet it’s like 1 week. I am not satisfied. That’s it’s i wanna say.

Jakob was tremendous help when I spoke to him on the phone. He provided me with the housing information while I was in my decision on where I am deciding to live. Jakob was a gentle, well-spoken individual. The professionalism was noticed while on the phone call. Keep up the good work young man.

If you’re looking for comfortable student living, Stadium View is it! The convenience of being near the school with lots of amenities. They staff are so helpful and I love the discount specials they offer!

Stadium view has the best staff of any property I've stayed at. They're extremely friendly and personable and make you feel like family. I worked with Abbie and she is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. The amenities are great and by far my favorite is the clubhouse! Rest assured the team here does everything they can to make you stay enjoyable!

Lake Maddox and Brett Hall were an amazing help during my time at stadium view! They was very patience as well as very helpful whenever I needed anything. They made the stay there 10 times better than it already was. I recommend anyone living at stadium view it is truly a great place to live! Lake was amazing at talking and communicating with me! Brett was great whenever I needed something fixed. I even watched him pressure wash my patio deck! Really awesome of those guys

I called about finding an apartment and the staff was super helpful, Jakob knew everything about the complex and just about everything about the area! It was really helpful to hear about the things there was to do around town near the complex.

A lot of people will complain that you are charged with ridiculous charges when moving out but that’s really only the case if you don’t refer to your move out packet when cleaning. I received a move out packet and some advice for cleaning my apartment from one of the office workers, Jakob Hawkins, an absolute stud. I cleaned my apartment accordingly and received minimal charges for understandable issues with the unit (some paint chipped off the walls). Overall pretty good living experience.

Stadium View is affordable for students who cannot afford for AState campus housing that insanely expensive! It is good environment and great swimming pool, but need more cool hydration of pool. There are lot of unexpected parties, need ban non residents unless guests allow with the resident. I am deeply caring for residents to remind to being responsible to ask non residents to leave. Pool hours are normal and flexible. Stadium View is very sociable and have fun. I want be pool keeper that I care for residents. I experienced that is cozy and nice. Roommates is stresses me out but I can handle very well. Get it for affordable and easy. #EnjoyTheView

I will most definitely be staying here next year! The staff is so nice and helpful, especially a taller one I believe he said his name was Lake! I had a tire go flat while leaving campus, and pulled into their parking lot. Lake noticed my tire and was eager to help! He did most of the work for me, and after I mentioned I will be looking for a new place after my current lease is up, he offered a free tour. Thanks lake, you deserve a raise!

During my time at Stadium View, Lake was always super helpful and attentive. Anytime I called up to the office and talked to him I knew I never had to worry about anything! He made my checkout process so smooth and I’m grateful for him and my time at Stadium View!
