Urban Loft Co. Downtown Jonesboro

I lived at University Lofts for two semesters and absolutely loved it! Parker is great and so easy to work with, he was always quick to respond and quick to contact maintenance. The location is great, I felt safe and secure while living there. You’re within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and churches! I would recommend this location to anyone!! :))

My first stay in Jonesboro and it does not disappoint! The Loft is a perfect space for a single person (and pet)! It is partially furnished and wood floors make it sooo easy maintain. Management is great, readily available, and accommodating. Hallways and common areas are kept spotless and smelling fresh! Let's not forget to mention a gym inside and coffee shop right outside. Some of my favorite restaurants in town are down the street. Can't ask for another more convenient apartment to live in. I would definitely recommend University Lofts!

Awesome Apartments! there is not a place in Jonesboro that can give you the unique living experience that University Lofts has to offer is that of much larger city. I absolutely love the convenience that the lofts offer, with close proximity to the restaurants downtown, the college, and grocery stores nearby. The property manager is always really quick to respond to any issues on or around the property. The modern look of my apartment I had when staying there had me feeling like a high roller.
These apartments are perfect for anyone looking for a smaller place to live that does not need a ton of space for putting junk!!

I highly recommend you to stay the University Loft in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The location of the building is perfect for anyone, who enjoys social life. Great local restaurants and shops for you to enjoy on the weekend. Very safe, and diverse. There are several great photographers near this building. Also, there is a GREAT plant store to help you to bring in some greenery in your loft. The building manager, Parker, is AWESOME! He is very personable and brings a lot of excitement to your stay at the University Loft.

This is a great place to live. Very upscale apartments, fitted with a gym, B AND BS, music throughout the establishment, and so much more. The staff is very friendly and will treat you with the utmost respect. I should know, for I have been there several months and know all the ins and outs of the place. If your looking for somewhere nice to stay... be it a few nights in the air b and Bs or permanently in the lofts.. then this is the place for you!!

I took a pre-opening tour and they are sooooooo nice!! The absolute BEST location in Jonesboro! You can walk to all of the restaurants/entertainment downtown. The lofts are very modern, clean and spacious! This would be a perfect place for ASU students or professionals! 5 stars!

New, clean, modern, and in great location! Small, but perfect for someone who is new to town. The coffee shop is also a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great place!

This establishment is in a prime downtown location for those who enjoy local bars and shops located along the main strip within short walking distance. The “lofts” come minimally furnished for those traveling and in need of an AirBnB or someone looking for a space that is move-in ready(ish). Despite the name Urban Loft Co. - these units are not lofts and instead, studio apartments that resemble tiny homes with 12-foot ceilings.

The building is normally absent of life. Rarely do I see other individuals walking around the main areas.

The units are overpriced, especially in contrast to the other properties in the area that have considerably more space.

If you don’t own anything and prefer to be solo then this is the tiny space for you.
