As usual the food was hot and fresh. Our order was ready fast.

The older lady is so kind that waited on me and the gentleman putting my order together was good to.

This is the KFC. You get what you expect. But I really like the staff here. They were especially helpful for me when I kept changing my mind on my order with my two young children with me. They were really awesome! Especially the manager who was on duty training somebody new.

Guys, I mean, c'mon, it's a kfc. So, if you like kfc, this place is for you. If you don't, they aren't changing your mind.

HOWEVER, I will say this: this place has yet to mess up my order. The man taking my order listened, repeated back the order when I was done without interrupting. I pulled up to the window, and the girl working said "good afternoon" and sounded like she meant it. That to me is a big win. So if I'm going to buy this type of food, I'm going to buy it from a place that trains their staff to be courteous and listen to the customer.

I've always liked KFC so I'm a bit impartial, the food and service are good here but the drive thru needs help. Not enough parking. But enjoy the food.

I haven't been to KFC in awhile as locations near me have closed (for good reason) This location was AWESOME. Despite cars banned up they maintained a friendly tone and a wonderful customer experience throughout the entire transaction! WELL DONE ASSOCIATES! It's incredibly refreshing to receive friendly customer service!

Drive thru only. Sign on door says lobby closed due to not enough staff. Drive thru order was fast, hot and good. Staff was polite and friendly. Will definitely come again. Also serve Taco Bell at this location.

I always go to kfc when I got the munchies. Their layed back and chill. And even let a brother buy a whole bucket of KFC sauce. Their a real one

This is a great combo of choices & I've eaten here many times. While I believe their dining room is closed currently for Covid restrictions, the drive thru is open & they do one hell of a business here. So much so, that the line to order is sometines out onto the street & they need a traffic cop to keep things orderly, safe & moving. You can't go wrong with either KFC or Taco Bell, & I think half of Gardner is at this location on any given afternoon/evening!

Love their service and fast as well! The taco bell people who work their need to learn how to ration out their ratios in the burritos. I keep eating either beef or cheese on one side and wicked uneven rest of burrito. Sometimes I get lucky and someone makes the burritos correctly at kfc/taco bell. Very rare I get that though. Anyways what better then bitchburg.

The staff is a friendly and helpful, they know to give you time to pick your order on the massive selection of bothe KFC and Taco Bell, instead of trying to ruah ya. Proper tracking of freshness of food guarantees crispy chicken and un-soggy burritos. Dessert is good and they got them bowls.

Can't get KFC in Fitchburg. So I bought a thermal bag and ventured to Gardner to aquire my desired craving! Bought the 16 piece meal with 4 large sides and 8 magnificent biskets!

This is my favorite place to eat! I LOVE THEM but not the staff, they need to pay attention..I hate it because everytime i go there which is atleast once a week or more latley they forget soemthing i order..they never add something in I should have because I paid and ordered it , but no they forget something I pay for instead of add something lol, for real though it really upsets me..im a mom and I live in orange so I dont have time at 7 at night to call because they forgot things so I end up never getting it cause I'm not driving back a half hour each way..ive probly spent 20 bucks in the past few months just on things they forgot..ive been eating out a lot cause we're looking for apartments till late at night and it's easiest to get something and there where we go cause I love them they just need to work on double checking and making sure people get there right order they pay for..i def deserve a few free meals but that won't happen to busy to call them with complaints dang it lol
