I'm giving this place 5 stars because Liz and Beth were so awesome! Otherwise, the place itself and the company only get 3 stars at best. The facilities were not very clean, with dustballs and debris always evident in the hallways. Considering the rates kept going up, the fact that there were obvious signs of water damage in the building makes me wonder where those fees are going ('cause they're definitely not going into the maintenance and cleaning of the building).

Liz is outstanding and so helpful. The facility is clean, easily accessible, and professionally managed. The process to secure a storage unit couldn't be easier. We are glad we made the decision to use CubeSmart.

Needed a rental same day. Looked online because of the time I needed it. Spoke to a representative through a chat window on the website, and within 10 minutes I was reserved. Followed the email prompts for payment and agreement, and after a 28 minute drive I was able to store my belongings same day! Awesome service, great customer service and price!

For the past 5 years we have used the Gardner CubeSmart to store a car or small trailer when we travel. We chose them initially for the convenience (5 minutes from the relatives we visit) and the pricing (best deal around!). The best part has been the friendly, efficient office staff, always easily accommodating our last minute changes or special requests. We’re sure our vehicles are safe and secure with these folks. When I arrived I was met by Beth (amazing) very friendly. Informed me if everything made me feel comfortable. When finished I was at my vehicle unloading and Beth came and gave me a cup of water due to being so warm out.

the convenience of ordering my unit right online at the comfort of my home. with life being so hectic and time so limited its comforting to know that I can reserve my unit with no hassle and comfort of knowing I wont lose my possessions.

Loved the 5 x 15 cube. It was recommended by a sales rep. It was a perfect size of what I needed. The office staff were very friendly and they made the in and out process great.
I would highly recommend it.

Facility is huge, and there are plenty of options for storage unit sizes. Easy in and out with personal security code to get in door and need a code for elevator. Can park two vehicles right at the door and plenty of parking. Many carts are available, and there are bathrooms. Plenty of security cameras and motion-sensing lighting. Temperature is nice and mild and temperature controlled, no need to worry about huge fluctuations with your valuables. Staff is fast, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

We have rented space during winter for the last three years. Space is always clean. Renting is an easy, quick event.

The person who helped me was honest and nice to deal with even though I got there really late they still helped me complete the process.

I recently started renting space to relocate my storage units of 5 years closer to my new residence. The process was easy and pricing was competitive . For my needs I required something closer to the outside and the attendant gave me a tour around the facility. I noticed the high level of cleanliness while looking for a unit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beth was great! Super easy to sign up, clean facility, climate controlled, secure… reasonably priced, for now….

The units are amazing. Security is fantastic as you even need a code to use the elevator!

The unit was very accessible, very clean. The staff were very personable and helpful.

Corey was so helpful, understanding, friendly and professional. He helped us find the right size unit. Was cordial about having to change storage units as we realized we had more "stuff" than originally thought. Liz was helpful at first. But as it took days to move our 4 bedroom home and full garage used as storage. She wasn't as friendly. Corey remained friendly and helpful to the end. I am so thankful for Corey's help during a very difficult time as we were displaced from our home.

Rented a storage unit at the Gardner facility and was very pleased with the service and condition of the building. Liz was awesome! I appreciated the great customer service, especially during a stressful move. They made things easier... thank you Liz and CubeSmart!!

They have been extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The unit's and the property are very clean, and easy to get to, I am very pleased with everything so far 😀

Your employee BJ was very kind and considering. I am an older lady. She kept checking on me while I was emptying my unit and even brought me water.

There was someone there to help me consolidate my storage unit, the price was right, it was a quick transaction, they showed me the new, smaller unit.
