Sonny's Discount Appliances in Altamonte Springs has been so awesome! We have bought a stove, refrigerator, freezer and washer from then. We had dealt with Appliance Direct before and had a horrible experience with them. Sony's has always been professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. They are very honest and reliable. I won't go anywhere else for my appliances. Highly recommend!

My Mom has bought appliances in the past from them, so when she was in need of a dishwasher, they were the first she called. Walked in, picked out a simple but efficient GE model, and it was delivered and installed by Moses today. On time, cleaned up after himself, and hauled old one away. Mom gives 5 stars, and Mom ALWAYS knows best!

This was my first time going to Sonny's. I have to be honest I really wasn't impressed with the outside I didn't know what I was going to find when I got inside. But when I got inside I was pleasantly surprised. They had an array of appliances to choose from well-stocked. And the young man that assisted me his name is Andrew very pleasant young man eager to help I had him running all over that store looking at this looking at that and with a smile he just continued to print out things for me to look at different things to give me different options. So if you looking for new appliances don't look at the outside just go inside the store. Andrew was amazing! Our refrigerator crapped out Saturday, 8/14, after 13 years and we replaced it with another beautiful GE cafe model from Sonnys as we were referred by a friend. Andrew and his staff were patient, answered all of our questions and even though their delivery personnel couldn’t deliver until Monday, 8/16, Andrew made it happen for my family and delivered it himself the same day! THANK YOU is not enough to express our appreciation!!! Thank you again!

My wife and I happened upon it while in Altamonte. While it looks a little rough on the outside, we found it to be a hidden gem on the inside. Found a perfect washer and dryer with the help of their salesman, selected a color, and they showed up two days later. Very low hassle. In and out.

The brand new, out of the box set was 10% less than retail at Best Buy, and, because they were Energy Star, they were able to waive the sales tax (temporary Florida law I think). They also included the electrical cord for the dryer and washer hoses at no additional cost.

Shipping of the SET was only $75 and the delivery guys were super nice and set them up very fast. They work great.

Great experience all around. A trustworthy place that I would send my mother to if she needed appiances.

First - the bad news. We purchased a GE fridge on Andrew's recommendation. Fridge arrived and was damaged during installation. Without hesitation Andrew offered to replace it.

2nd fridge was delivered but somehow there was a factory defect in the stainless finish, which we would have noticed for many years to come. Once again - Andrew offered a swap to make it right.

3rd fridge arrived a few days ago and it is perfect! Considering this is one of these items you only purchase perhaps every ten years, it goes a long way knowing that Andrew and the Sonny's team provide both top-shelf customer service and product value.

Selling a box is easy, but providing great service when things don't go as planned is what separates the amateurs from the pros. Highly recommended.

I purchased six GE appliances for my kitchen and an LG washer and dryer. I got quotes from four other places and Sonny's was significantly less so I went with them. Delivery and installation was great. The installer was qualified to hook up everything from the gas dryer to the refrigerator water line whereas other merchants were not. I am especially glad I bought the appliances from Sonny's because I had issues with four of the GE appliances. GE service was good at first and then it went downhill. Andrew went out of his way to go above and beyond and was able to fix my issues when GE service dropped the ball three times. Thanks to Andrew for suffering from the numerous emails and phone calls from me and all he has done on his end. I couldn't be happier with Sonny's Discount Appliances.

First time customer but won’t be the last time. They had the GE profile gas cooktop at their warehouse when it was backordered for months everywhere online. We needed it for our renovation and couldn’t wait. Andrew was so patient with me because I asked a lot of questions since it was a pretty pricey item and I wasn’t familiar with their company. He even beat the best price I found online without me even requesting it! Then when we thought we threw out the connector part, he came through again. Very thankful for this small, family owned business and wish them much success.

Prices are always on target or even lower than any where else. I would not purchase appliances any where else!!

I have been shopping at Sonny's since 2016. I have bought every appliance for my home and rentals from Andrew and his family. I used to pore over ads and waited for crazy sales. How did I find these guys? I think it was black Friday in 2016. I spent two days looking and I saw Sonny's on my way to another store. I bought my entire kitchen set on the spot and have never shopped for appliances anywhere else. Everyone I have ever recommend has ended up buying their appliances from Sonny's and said what a great experience they had.

Super helpful staff Danny is the best! Got all of our appliances replaced as promised and saved us even more money through rebates than their already lower prices from Home Depot. Will be back again next time! Thanks for all the help!
