Zwanger Pesiri Radiology - Commack

Went to get some tests done.
Felt totally at ease & comforting.The employees were very friendly.The woman in the back taking blood were very attentive.
Eileen(Employee that took images) is very nice & caring.

The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful, I didn't have to wait more then 10 minutes. The technicians were very attentive and caring. The office was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend and I will go back to this location if necessary.

The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists called my doctor's office early in the morning because I forgot the prescription for my exam, and I really appreciate that. Little things like that are what keeps me coming back to this Zwanger-Pesiri location.

I can not say enough great things about my experience at Zwanger- Pesiri Radiology... from the front desk to the X-ray techs and radiologist, they're professional, comforting and accurate for all my scripts. Thank you for what you do and how good you do it.

I’ve been to couple of their locations but this one is the best in care customer service and professionalism.

Great place, used to go elsewhere but came here once and won't ever go anywhere else. The Commack location is great, everyone is so nice and friendly! Highly recommend!

Today was horrifying.
First, I would like to say that I’ve been a patient there before and while the office staff wasn’t warm and fuzzy - they were efficient.
I had taken a tumble at my surgeon’s office today and re-tore an Achilles Tendon.
The surgeon wanted an MRI …STAT.
We went right over to Commack Zwanger and there was a young man greeting us in the lobby.
He took my photo ID and insurance cards to give to the staff.
My husband asked him if since it was STAT that there would be no problems getting the MRI done?
He said no, and to go in and have a seat.
10 minutes later, one male receptionist said there were no openings.
We were very shocked and asked why the greeter told us there would be a spot.
I was relieved because I was in a lot of pain.
The receptionist who took over, was openly rude, and kept insisting that the young man had not said what he did.
She had an attitude that was extremely unprofessional, and made repeated attempts to twist our words.
I couldn’t figure out why.. in this office .. there was a sign on the window saying “Verbal Abuse would be met with removal or calling the police!”
Now I know.
Terrible attitude, lying, and lack of being upfront (from the young man) probably has irritated people before.
I do want to add that the technicians were always professional and pleasant in past visits.
We ended up at West Islip Zwanger and what a difference.
Warm, sweet, and caring.
Shame on Commack Zwanger.

Radiologist are nowhere to be found. It took 2.5 hours from my Appt time to the end of my visit. The technician was efficient. Availability in getting an Appt was excellent.
