Tried on a pair of dress pants that didn’t fit. The associate found me the right size to order online and they fit great. Very personalized and attentive service.

This is where I do most of my shopping in downtown Savannah. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful dress for a holiday party.

For a short guy, Banana has clothes that actually fit me. AND the customer service is phenomenal. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure I had a blazer that fit me, and helped choose a shirt to go with it. And when I went to check out, Hope made my check out experience amazing as well! These are two very helpful and lovely ladies. I hope they’re there to help again when I return, because they set the bar high.

The staff are always friendly. I like that they don't hover over you as you are shopping. With that said they are present when you need them.

At every location I've been to, there has been always a wonderful presentation and excellent customer service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Checked on us multiple times without being overbearing. They came around periodically to take away clothes that I had decided I wasn't going to buy at the fitting room.

Store was clean and all clothes were easily accessible. The bathroom could've used some cleaning, but at least one was available to customers.

My son need a blazer for his freshman year at college, it was the end of the season and the prices were so good we picked up two of them. Because they were on clearance they did not have a size selection in the matching pants, the sales staff went above and beyond and found them at other locations and had them shipped for him. We went in hoping to find a blazer he liked and because of the sale (and great service) we were able to get two complete suits for less than what it would cost for one regular priced blazer.

Great customer service and selections. Very happy they also had my size!!! For us 6ft + guys it had to get properly fitted.

Went into buy a specific kind of pants and with a million questions, Brian answered them and helped me to find what I was looking for. Service was top-notch and friendly.
