Two Gentlemen Christopher and I believe the second gentleman's name was Aaron helped my mother with getting a new phone and trading in hers we had a little bit of issues with the trade but the store was more than willing to help my momma! I live 14 hours away and this store gave me a peace of mind that my mother was taken care of and was able to receive amazing customer service.

If ChatGPT ever had to deal with a Verizon customer support rep it would surely recognize humans as the scourge of the earth and seek to exterminate us.

However, that was not the case with Harrison. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

If you ever have a problem the faceless customer support reps cannot solve over the phone, come into this store and ask for Harrison.

I worked with Anisa Musey to set up my daughter with her Apple Watch line. My daughter was ecstatic. Anisa was helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things. Best retail specialist I've worked with at Verizon EVER. Give Anisa a raise!

I love this location I went to the location off AIRPORT in Lamar for one problem. It came out with two problems. I come here. They fix the problem with no problem I recommend always go to this Verizon store. Elizabeth and Cristian were very fast at their job and took care of me less than 10minutes.

I went in for help setting up a replacement note 9 phone. Michael was the service rep who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about how my new phone works. He was so patient with me, let me take notes so I may readily remember how to do certain things and set my home screen up to mirror the home screen on my previous phone. This was a very pleasant and successful service encounter. I will definitely make the Lamar Street Verizon store in Austin, Tx my preferred Verizon store. Thank you for a very good experience.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, especially for a corporation like Verizon - but Eva, the manager at the Corporate store on North Lamar in Austin TX, was beyond helpful today and I just wanted to comment on how happy we are with the service she provided. We had a messy trade in mix up and she went above and beyond to solve the problem and ensure we are credited for our trade in. Thank you Eva!!

I would have taken off one star because there’s no seating, but Daniel earned back the star by helping me with the software and storage issue and I’m not even their client. Their store is very easy to find with plenty of parking. It has plenty of inventory and there was practically no wait.

Mike was exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody get this guy a pay raise! I went to two other Verizon stores earlier in the day and the representatives that attempted to help me could not come close to the level of service I received here. Also, the woman outsides customer service skills were top notch. Good job guys.

Jasmin was a life saver! We were the annoying customers that came in at 6:15pm and had a complicated ask. She successfully got us both transferred on a new plan with new phones and even put on our screen protectors all under an hour. She stayed with us past close and was gracious about it. Gave Verizon customer experience a great name!

I went in to trade-in my phone and Johnny was so helpful! He worked to get me the best deal and keep my bill close to what I'm already paying. I'm really happy I chose to come to this store for my trade-in!

Richard took great care of me, went above and beyond the call of duty. He even called me the next day to follow up on my specific issue. Avoid the Verizon express stores, but this store is the bees knees.

I was very pleased with the trade-in damaged phone deal going on. This location was nice and the staff was very friendly. Richard was awesome and helped me figure out all the right things and plans needed to get my trade in.

I went 2 days in a row for different issues and spoke with 2 difference salesmen. Both of them were so kind and helpful.

I had a good experience coming here to transfer from ATT. I came in the first time to price them and gather details about what I needed to have ready to make the switch. Come time to transfer over I had all the info I needed and it was a very fast phone purchase and account setup (like 30 minutes). Good prices (better than ATT but a little more than sprint) but you pay for the network as well.

The service was wonderful. Left quite happy.

Daniel was AMAZING. My fiancé and I came in on our vacation from NC because we had to emergency upgrade my phone and he helped us stick to our budget and find a great phone for me. He was extremely kind and professional and both my fiancé and I left happy with our experience.

The people here are really good in assisting and providing the service as customers we need. Asking better questions to them will get the service we need.
