The lady was really open to discussing anything I think I was talking to her for half an hour ; but Amanda seemed pretty knowledgeable and what I was looking for helped me out real quick I was a little wary considering the reviews, but she really helped me find exactly what I was looking for, though I was a bit embarrassed to explain and ask.

Great place to shop.

Bought a glass piece after being assured that the store would honor any defects. Product broke under normal use within 24 hours of purchasing. Brought the item back for an exchange and was told that all sales are final and that they would not honor what I had been told by the store clerk/owner’s daughter 24 hours ago. This shop sells overpriced cheap quality products and lacks customer service. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

8% inflation charge added (who does this?!? why not raise your prices instead like literally everywhere else).... on top of that the products that you sell are sold for over twice their retail msrp. Terrible business model .
Save yourself the money and just buy online from a trusted manufacturer. In 2022 its kinda insane what they charge when you can get everything much cheaper other places and online..... not even close to competitive . Oh well

Not a great store by any means. Lady just pretends to organize shelves stalking you through the store, doesn't have the best selection of items, and then after we left to have a smoke and go to a better place she decides to come out and threaten us with taking our picture and posting it saying we stole an item when it was literally 2 spots away on the same wall. 0/5 stars will never shop again.

The bowls and pieces are illogically overpriced while being ridiculously low quality glass and no one knows the sizes of anything you buy.

Poor customer service.
