Amazing customer service, and very friendly staff.
I went to this UPS store with multiple urgencies towards the end of the day on Friday and spent over an hour there. The employees were very helpful and despite multiple complications we got everything done. The manager went above and beyond after things became complicated with a 30+ page fax.
I was very impressed to find people that cared so much and were so patient especially at the end of the day.

Bailee was amazing. It was my first mailing out a package internationally and he was most informative and very great to work with!! Would highly recommend

I had an unusual problem, having to retrieve a personal item left in a return package. The staff, particularly Sky, Brian and Peter were very helpful throughout the day in which they were very, very busy. Just locating the package was not easy. Very professional and extremely patient. Service was excellent!

Sky was very helpful. She was efficient and careful and I did not feel rushed. All the people in the store were cheerful and there was very little delay even though there were a lot if customers.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful here. I just moved to the community in July and won’t even use another store they are so clean, friendly, efficient & have every service you need. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!

Sky is so sweet! I had an extremely important and sentimental shipment that I wasn't too sure how to go about shipping because it's quite fragile. I gave the store a call and she picked up and walked me through the right way to get it done. Let's just say it got there on time and in one piece with her help!

I had to mail 2 giant boxes to my daughter who’s in college and Jennifer was such a huge help! She was patient and efficient and very good at her job. Give that gal a raise stat!

It was fast and convenient! The associates were friendly, knowledgeable about all services, pricing, organized, and more than happy to help!

I don’t leave many reviews but I feel the need to do so today since I had such a great experience! Sky was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to handling my Amazon return and answering all my questions. I’m definitely coming back here again!

Great customer service and focused attention every time I utilized their services. I probably rely on the staff too much and too often, but they have yet to let me down. I always appreciate how they take time to find the best and most efficient pricing for my packages.

Could the parking situation be better? Yeah, but their customer service is top-notch, and I don't mind dealing with the parking to go to this store to have a good interaction while shipping. It's probably the best well run shipping store in the area.

Paul was such a major help in getting a wedding bouquet to me, in Atlanta GA, all the way from Austin within 1 day. He was so kind in helping me and my client as she had mistakenly purchased ground instead of next day air. Delivery via ground would have absolutely ruined the flowers. He was patient, kind, and a real life saver!!

Had 3 oversized Amazon returns. Jayden was amazingly friendly and helpful - greeted us, held the door, helped us carry our boxes, taped them up for us… he hustled, and managed to answer other customers’ queries while helping us, without making us feel like he was ignoring us. Customer service of a kind and quality you hardly ever see anymore. I’m impressed - and I’m not easily impressed. This is now our new go-to UPS location. Gold star!

I do. And besides the tiny parking lot, lots of people also pick here. The people are always SO nice and make the line go quickly.
I am an Amazon addict who returns 50%, so I have a lot of UPS business to do.
I exclusively go to this location because of the ease and positive, happy feeling I get here.
I once had a package lost and didn’t have my UPS receipt. They helped me anyway! With no problem.

The location is a bit difficult to get in and out of with only 4 available parking spaces but you can park on the curb on the side street if you need. The staff here is very friendly and always helpful and in the year that I had my box I never had any issues. One of the employees Mik was also really cool dude help me out in a pinch.

Brian was incredibly helpful and patient with me when I needed Notary services. I appreciated his help immensely!

The staff at this location is nothing short of stellar. They are friendly, efficient and always accommodating when I’m in a rush to get a package on that last truck of the day. For such a small footprint of a store, this place packs a big punch of customer service. Kudos!
