I love this UPS location! I have to return a lot of things through the mail for work and they are up to the task no matter what the ask - from bagging small Amazon return items to handling and returning jack hammers - ok, Werk! They are sure to print your shipping receipt and I've never had an issue with anything I've sent - Yes, thorough! They help me remove heavy/bulky items from my car, no problem - Accommodating! They greet mailbox holders by name. They are always friendly and patient and I look forward to my interactions with the employees because I always leave smiling - shout out to Rick, Monica, & Steven!! All around great customer service. The store itself is a little dated but is soon getting a face lift, which it rightfully deserves, as this location is a neighborhood gem & hot spot!

Plenty of parking.

This place is very convenient and the employees are very friendly and fast. There is always a line, but it goes fast.

This UPS Store came to the rescue. I had an important document that needed to be notarized TODAY and all my bank branch notaries were fully booked. Do you know that this UPS store offers notary service? Notary Stephen to the rescue! Only $15 per notarized signature and my friend and I had all our documents signed and paid for in less than 30 minutes. I use this UPS Store mostly for shipping and pickups but today I was grateful that their notary service was available. Thank you, Stephen, and UPS!

I rent a mailbox here (its been 6 months) and use their shipping services as well. The manager is super attentive and everyone else is helpful always. The added bonus is there's a Rite Aid next door so you can always run your errands and grab household supplies in one stop. I'd highly recommend !

I have always been polite and they have always been extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and asked questions about what kind of receipt I wanted, etc. I used them mostly for outbound services. Inbound services assume that the sender did everything correctly and was careful in communication.
I do know that the staff and management do not respond well to shouting, self-important people who are happy to make all the other customers wait while they make a scene. I appreciate that.

The most important reason was, printing a simple A4 paper costed me 7$ .

Usually super busy location but the guys there are super helpful try and make things quick and efficient. I appreciate their customer service. Made my visit today painless. There’s was a long line when I got there and thought oh boy I’ll be here for a while. Line moved fast only because the gentleman was super helpful and efficient. Didn’t get his name but thank you!!!

This is a basic UPS Store. Everything you'd expect from a UPS store is available at this location. There are a lot of reviews on here from self-entitled douche bags that think the employees here have to treat them like royalty. Guess what? They don't. All transactions (no matter the business) are the same : keep your receipt and anything you'd need as proof... Then you'll be just fine. If you are irresponsible and lose your proof of transaction, then it's your fault and definitely not any employees.

Side note: UPS and Amazon are not the same company. It's not the responsibility of UPS to carry abnormally large boxes. If you want to return the thing Amazon sent you? Perhaps send it back in the box they shipped it to you in... It's super simple.

Grow up and stop blaming others.

Excellent professional services! This is my favorite UPS local store. I have always received outstandiing and reliable customer service and care. The employees are very professional, kind and friendly. I utilize their services weekly and I would like to specially thank Monica, Cheyenne and the UPS delivery driver Jeanette.

Not sure why I see complaints. I’ve always had great service. I tend to use it for packages to my nieces on birthdays or occasional other uses.

We have always had great service here. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly, helpful and very fast.

I had to fax a paper and it was fast and painless. The sales associate who helped me was pleasant and he was helpful.

I commend the staff for being friendly and patient with rude customers.
