Great customer service and repair service drove an hour from Philly because nobody answers the phone and wouldn’t even look at my shotgun. Not only was it repaired under 15min I was shown the problem and how to fix it as well. Will return if I ever have any issues with any of my firearms worth the drive

Robert Horst aka Horsty is one of the most knowledgeable men you'll deal with in the firearms industry. I trust him 100%, and he gives not the best advice the most accurate advice you could ever want in regards to modern-day sporting rifles or anything that has a primer or powder and sends a freedom seed down and barrel. I have known Robert Horst for many years. If you come in his place of business with an attitude you will not stay long. He has never given me a bad deal. If you need trigger work stop here first. I have known a lot of gunsmiths, and Robert is one of the best. He is fair, honest, skilled at military or sport, actions, stocks, bbl's, and an excellent shooter himself. A lot of people think they know everything, but Robert truly knows more than most. And if he doesn't, he'll be honest with you up front. I think that's all you can ask these days.

I purchase an old portuguese mauser not a long ago,what originally is 6.5x58 mm,but most of them the military re manufacturing to a 8mm mauser.im not pretty sure and the old owner also.So I decided stop by a professional to take a look,I choose Firearm Solutions and this is my best experience. I never do reviews I always think it’s a waste of time but .... after doing business with rob today I was like I have to write one . Bought a gun online for my first time and just wanted to know how it worked so I called him cuz he was an option to send it to and he explained everything to me nice and simple . Every time I contact the owner via email he always gets back to me in minutes and he always answers the phone. I went to his gunsmith shop for some help with a 60-year-old pistol and he was such a gentleman in showing me how to solve the problem I had and he solved it in less than two minutes....Mr. Horst He’s a very knowledgeable gunsmith and willing to share.....He is my go to person for gun maintenance etc. etc.
