Harborwood West Apartments

This apartment complex is home for us! My husband and our kids have enjoyed living here. The quaint, quiet neighborhood is great for our little crew - we love the playground all year round, the pool in the summer, and the location absolutely cannot be beat for this price. Thank you to Krystina and team for making living here comfortable and affordable in these weird times.

I have lived here for two years now and absolutely LOVE it! The location is perfect, the management, and the maintenance team are absolutely phenomenal… The absolute best that I’ve ever had honestly!
I am prior Military and I have lived in so many places I can’t even count on one hand… And this by far is literally the best experience I have ever had! My girls Krystina & Chayla Are literally the dynamic duo, and I’ve never had managers as amazing as them! They are extremely personable, they know pretty much every single resident that lives here, and I feel extremely safe… Which is key for me, because I live alone!
The maintenance guys (Art & Richard) are TOP NOTCH - if I put in a maintenance request, they are literally there the same day! They’re very respectful of your home, and do the job, right! We always waved to one another when we see each other! Not all places are like that, most of the maintenance guys are so busy doing their thing, that they don’t take time out to say hello to the residents!
My mom and stepdad also live here which is a huge plus, I was able to comfortably get them moved in when they moved here from Arizona, and the girls were so amazing about it!
I will be here until forever! Love you guys!

Genuinely loved living here so much, was soo sad to leave but I was moving out of town and couldn't stay.

Management is really nice and easy to work with, and I found them to be very fair in the move out proccess.

Great location, great pricing, really my only issue was that parking can be a bit rough depending on which building your in. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons here. Highly recommend!

I have been here for a year, and after a lifetime of moving and all kinds of living situations, Harborwood West Apartments has been the best home I could have hoped for. Yes, the pricing is great compared to the rest of sound, the location is prime, the units are highly maintained and well kept, but most importantly I have felt safe here. I love my neighbors, and we watch out for each other. I love my apartment managers (shoutout to Krystina and Chayla!) and they've always had my back when I needed them. I love my little home and I plan on being here for quite awhile!

I like it here. It’s quiet and neighbors are friendly. Lots of Pretty views in the area and close to everything in town.

Close to everything you need in Gig harbor and Affordable. Applying was easy and quick, got moved in within 3 days. The apartment was very clean on move in and Chayla made sure to write down anything I pointed out on the move in walk through which wasn’t much. It’s also really quiet at night.

Honestly one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at! With a super friendly staff and quiet community. They are quick to fix things and keep the community very clean. It’s a super short walk or drive to the harbor which is a plus! If you are in the market for an apartment I highly recommend Harborwood West Apartments, they are nice and affordable!

After living at Harborwood West for almost two years this was personally one of the best apartments I’ve gotten to live at. The neighboring tenants are all very quiet, the grounds are always kept up on every Thursday and parking for me at least was never and issue. Garbage was rarely ever full unless it was a holiday season. And I needed my water heater replaced. It was done within two days time and I didn’t even know they were there. The crime is extremely low in this area. But I will say I did have my truck window broken into but nothing was stolen or damaged besides the window. They take pride in their work here at Harborwood and if your looking for a spot that I personally think this is one of best most affordable places you can get in the area.

By far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It has beautiful wooded scenery and it’s quiet. The apartment is spacious and we had no issues moving in. I could tell the carpet was brand new and all the kitchen appliances were well taken care of. It was clean, no signs of mold or anything that needed attention. I fell in love with my place right away. The staff are so helpful and ready at a moments notice to answer questions or any concerns. Krystina in the leasing office is amazing, she is so helpful and kind. During our walk through she really took the time to check everything and make notes of things she felt needed to be addressed before we moved in. It showed me that she is thorough and we felt like we were in great hands. Been here almost a year and the only “issue” we had was the dryer in our unit wasn’t drying all of a sudden, within an hour of letting the maintenance people know, they were here swapping the unit out with a new one, no issues since!

The apartments are very clean and well maintained, not to mention the entire complex is safe and has regular landscaping applied. Office staff is very professional and responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend if you are in the market for apartment rentals.

Just moved in! Quick responses about questions while starting the application process. Detailed tours and information all given up front. These lady's (Alex and Gina) are the best!! They are always answering my questions and fixing problems immediately. I LOVE it here, you will too!

Maintenance staff is excellent. They are friendly, fast, and always willing to take care of any current problems in your home.

Lived here a little over a year with my wife and stepson. Have had a good experience with staff and any maintenance personnel. Friendly and immediate attention to any issues we've had. Rent prices are competitive with similar apartment complexes in the area.

Had a leaking faucet and called Gina. Had it fixed within a hour. Have lived here over nine years and have no complaints.
