Loved this place and would visit almost every week. Tina, one of the owners and her husband are such great people. Tina would always welcome me with a smile and serve me right away.

Food was great, they have dinner specials like prime rib and awesome desserts. Parking sometimes would be a problem on the weekend when the place is full. Very cozy interior with a small bar and full restaurant.

What an amazing stop on 28. The small wood paneled dining room overlooks a stream with a honed menu with the comforts expected in the Catskills. The staff was warm, entertaining, and made us feel like regulars.

A nice experience with excellent food and service. The bar and dining room are separated relatively effectively through a right angle hallway with a shared men's room. The ladies' room is right up front by the entrance. It's really in an awful spot, pretty much in the dining room, but as I said the place is small. The food was very good with reasonable prices. The service was excellent. And, as the place is also a bar, any drink or beer you want is available. The atmosphere was super quiet and respectful. We'll be back.

Great service and food was really good. Very laid back. Nice bar and dining room was warm and welcoming. Was able to easily accommodate a group of 6 on a Saturday night despite being rather busy. Recommended.

Stopped on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. It was the Octoberfest menu so if you like German pork dishes you would be in heaven. I had the penne vodka, it was wonderful, not to creamy and very flavorful. Washing it down with a Sam's jack o lantern while watching the river go by out the window was sublime. I'll be sure to stop in again next time I'm around.

This place is not your everyday bar-restaurant. The food here is consistently very well made and presented wonderfully. They alter the menu weekly to bring a variety of menu choices. This is not a diner. This place offers dishes that you would find in high end restaurants and prepared just as well. This is a hidden gem in Delaware County. It is absolutely worth a visit if you are are anyway near the vicinity or not. And no I am not an owner or a local. I am just a very satisfied patron that never misses the opportunity to stop in for a quality meal. And for the cherry on top, you will not find a nicer service staff anywhere. They are attentive and treat you well.

Doug and Tina always do a great job. The staff is amazing. Great place for an awesome meal and to socialize with the nice customers that visit.

I've been here several times and have always enjoyed the experience. Last night, my steak was done to perfection as were my veggies. Nice and crisp and not overcooked.

Our waitress, Ellen, was a delight as always. Thanks Ellen! You're the best. The proprietors are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Everyone made us feel that our patronage was appreciated and I observed every guest wished goodbye when they parted. That means a lot to me and is something that, unfortunately, is becoming rare.

Really great food! I got the Chicken Saltimboca and it was delicious. A little pricey but well worth it. The staff was all very attentive and friendly to speak with.

The best freshest string beans ever. Also we had a wonderful waitress.

Wow, excellent fresh seafood in the Catskills! Was there last night for Valentine's Day and had the Chiller Seafood..oysters, shrimp,s clams...awesome and inexpensive!

Great time, took our family after a train ride on the DURR. The Santa Story train. Had good food, good service, good time.

It is the Staple of dinning in Margaretville and it is the best place to go if you are going to eat out! There pasta and steak is amazing, and the service is always great!
