great Ramp. 4 lanes to launch in. 2 docks of good size. good concrete ramps with good traction. No complaints. it works great. ( I use it all the time since I live ten miinutes away). No complaints.

It's a well maintained concrete slab at an angle into a body of water that makes it very easy to drop a boat into the water. For boaters without a permanent dock it doesn't get much better than that.
