Ray is old school and what a relief. No BS. He was absolutely courteous, friendly and he provided so much information about my new/old generator that I was totally unaware of. He worked on a Ryobi generator that had been sitting in a storage unit for years. His work is very good and his pricing was 100% fair. I enjoyed his customer service and feel like I was well taken care of.

I’ve been taken care of by Ray several times over the years , I’ve lived here for45 years and appreciate his repair shop. Yeah he comes over to some people as a bad attitude, but look in the mirror where the complaining is coming from. he is running a business that is hard to find anymore,. Very few places around providing repair service. If you don’t like him you don’t have to come back, all I know is whenever I needed service he was there to help me and I believe he has always been honest with me and never made me wait 4 weeks for a repair like other places do.

First time in store. Ray is a straight shooter, might offend some but I admire it. Looking for a used weed-eater, he sold me a really nice one for $60. Very fair price. And gave me tips on proper maintenance/gas to use to keep it running properly. Also pointed me to Lowes so I could check out an edger attachment which I did purchase. So much value in a short visit!!! I will be back.

Took in my broken recoil starter from my older ATV. They fixed it in no time for a very reasonable amount of money. Super nice and friendly service!! Better than new :)

Absolutely no question that Ray knows what he's doing. After a referral from a friend, I stopped by at 8:00am on Friday hoping I could get my mower back in time to cut my yard on Sunday. Not only did Ray diagnose and fix the problem(s), he replaced the worn blade and I was on my way by 8:30pm. In and out in less than 30 minutes for LESS than $45. If any of your lawn equipment needs attention, this place is AWESOME. Thanks Ray!

Dave is the man. He always know what wrong with your machine, equipment as soon as you tell him. Great price for fixing any equipment.

I have known Ray since he bought the company and he is the guru of small engines. There is just nothing he cannot fix and fix for a fair price.
