I love to see what great items Big Lots has with savings.
The Gunbarrel Rd. Store was clean and well stocked.
The associate's where very nice and knowledgeable as of location of items and sales.
Christmas trees are out and if one is needed I recommend purchasing one early.
Last year there was a shortage.

The store is always so clean and organized. The deals and associates are awesome. I go once a week for family snacks and drinks. There milk prices are really good and they offer you a chance to apply for Big lots credit card for furniture purchases or whatever you need.

This is one of my favorite stores for affordable gifts especially seasonal stuff. There snacks are also cheaper but good. This store sometimes has little moths but I didn't see any this time so I think they cleaned or fixed that issue. There were long lines today but with holidays coming up that is usual however I appreciate the cashier being calm and nice even though they were having a hard shift.

I love Big Lots! Dee my cashier was so friendly and upbeat. We need more of people like her these days. Remodeled and a lot of new inventory. Prices still good too. 💯👍❤

First time I've been to a Big Lots and was amazed at all the different types of things they carry, and at a good price point! I commented this at checkout and the ladies behind the counter both said that I'd come to the best Big Lots in the Chattanooga area. That's what their customers tell them.

I was surprised that they have power lift recliners.

Always clean, and love all the neat items they carry. Staff are always nice and polite as well as helpful. I love, that they offer credit and layaway. We were able to get 2 fire places last year as well as a diningroom table set.

So many good sales going on right now. Even if there were no sales going on, this store has great prices on a variety if items. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Even though prices have risen at Big Lots I still like shopping there. There are still many deals that you can get at Big Lots if you cannot get anywhere else. One thing I can say is there air conditioner works great. Big Lots is a store where you can go in and waste away a lot of time looking for things. They do have all those specialty items that come in and if you're lucky enough you find the item you want at a great price. I will go back to this Big Lots again because the staff and of course the products in the store keep me coming in.

I absolutely love Big Lots during the holidays. Their shelves are well stocked and they have interesting finds.

We purchased a great deal of furniture using progressive leasing it was awesome and affordable the quality not so much over time I lost a chair to find out it was made of particle board. And the. We lost the couch after two years but we didn’t pay much for it over time. I would still recommend using this place especially for people just moving out on their own. Really the furniture is styled and cute and up to date just don’t plan on having it over 5 years.

Furniture manager Lynn is wonderful. Such a big help and a sweetheart. Went out of her way to help me shop many times!

Was actually very disappointed and the customer service however the store layout and overall appearance was very well kept. the staff decided to announce four times over the intercom that the store was closing in 20 minutes pretty much just letting us know that we needed to get out of there

Great Big Lots! Everyone is very friendly and the store is the nicest Big Lots I've been to. If you find something that is cheaper somewhere else they will match it. Great service!

Love this store.
My daughter also loves it because she feels like the selection is different than Walmart/target.
Also, you can't beat the prices!

We went to two Big Lots the other day (this being one of them). The staff here are friendly, and prices are fair. We went here for the food/Christmas clearance, and were not disappointed. Store is clean too.

Went to pick up some storage shelf's and the gentleman working there helped me find and loaded my car up. Which was unexpected but gratefully appreciated. Will be coming back when I get an idea of all I'm going to need.

Very clean store! Good stock of items. Dee was such a sweet cashier. Great experience!
