Carmine's

I came to Carmine’s for a friends girl’s lunch and it was exceptional! The quality of food was impeccable and the service was friendly and timely. We ordered fried calamari, the bread trio and a nice bottle of wine. A couple of us ordered the rigatoni bolognese and another ordered the scallops. In all, we had a wonderful time and weren’t rushed out (they close between 3-5pm). We sat inside but there’s also heated outdoor patio seating available. I cannot wait to return to Carmine’s with the girls, or with my husband for an awesome date night. Either way, Carmine’s is for everyone! Also, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. My rigatoni was sensational.

GREAT FOOD! you definitely need to visit once. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the servers were also very funny, they cracked a few jokes that just made the dinner better. We had ordered the antipasto assortito with the pizza carbonara which went together perfectly. And for dessert we ordered panna cotta which you should definitely get, it’s not very sweet but just the perfect balance and is simple and subtle. The overall dinning experience was a ten along with the ambiance. They also provide you with blankets incase you get cold especially if you’re sitting at a table in the patio.
Also make sure to make reservations in advance as it is unlikely that you’ll find a table as per your preferred timing and they are usually full.

Had dinner here on a Tuesday evening to celebrate a Birthday. First visit. Service was good in spite of a packed hectic evening. Disappointed that only two minutes after my caprese arrived my duck arrived. Poor timing - felt like they were rushing us out. Enjoyed the meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The food was excellent, and the drinks were amazing. The service, led by our server Paolo, was exceptional—he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, assisting us with our order. The restrooms were well-maintained, and the overall service was prompt. The staff was friendly, and the chef showcased remarkable skills.

IMO one of the best restaurants Bellevue has to offer! Definitely my favorite Italian restaurant for sure. You can’t go wrong. Every dish I’ve had has been exemplary. The service is amazing. Shoutout to Pablo who took wonderful care of us last time. Whether you’re looking to celebrate or looking to have an amazing meal, this is the place!
Occasionally you have to reserve your table a few weeks in advance but it is oh so worth it.

This place is 5 stars all around. Incredible food service and atmosphere! We went here last week and sat outside on a cold night. They provided blankets and a heater so we were very comfortable.

Our server was Steven who was friendly and gave great recommendations- I ordered everything he suggested and I was definitely super happy with everything. I felt like he was also giving suggestions based on what he likes rather than just trying to upsell. He was super nice and if I go back I’d request to be seated in his area.

We got some fresh bread to start which was very good and the butter was good too. We got a couple of orders of meatballs which were amazing. The garlic bread with extra cheese is also a must. Also got a Caesar salad which had incredible dressing. They will remove the anchovies of those aren’t your thing. I got the manicotti (amazing) and we got a variety of desserts and I thought the best was the coconut crème pie.

They have valet parking and an extensive wine and alcohol list and a good variety of pastas and pizzas and meat dishes. Overall something for everyone. And basically everything we ordered we loved.

Great atmosphere, got complimentary cake (tiramisu) for my Birthday, which was unexpected and very nice!

Pasta is not that great how I expected.

This place serves the most delicious Italian food in the greater Seattle area. Despite of making last minute plan on a busy day we were able to reserve a table for 2 for dinner on our anniversary. We were served by Ali (I hope I spelled her name right) - and I intend to mention her because she went above and beyond to make our special day a very special one.
We had 2 cocktails (Italian Paloma and midnight in Milan or something like that..) - they were amazing 5/5
For staters we had calamari with complimentary loaf of bread - so good and for the main course we had fettuccine a pesto con gamberoni (highly recommended!!!!!) and pennette con salmone.
Lastly for dessert we were surprised with a good slice of tiramisu by the restaurant.

This has honestly become my new favourite Italian place in the area and I’d highly recommend this place to everyone if you’re around the area for the best Italian food with an amazing service.

Fabulous dinner! Love the atmosphere and everything about this restaurant!! We had the mushroom risotto… Superb. Also first time having ‘Night in Milano’ cocktail made with Empress Gin and St. Germain….MY NEW FAVORITE!! Sat in the Bar and I like it a lot better as the main dining area is noisy. All in all this is a very fine dining experience.

We ordered two specials as entrees. Bison Ravioli is very unique and definitely recommended. The service is great!

Classic Italian spot in Bellevue. Top notch service and very good food. The calamari appetizer was delicious, the tomato olive style stands out from typical fried preparations you find elsewhere. Streaks, cocktails were all solid.

Nitpicks: My duck breast was delicious but the leg confit was a bit dry and very gamey. Also they only have shoestring fries, which isn’t our favorite.

Visited Carmines for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was lovely, offering ample seating and charming personalized table details—a thoughtful touch. Both the gnocchi and salmon penne were delightful, thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Additionally, receiving a complimentary dessert for our celebration was a great highlight. The only downside was the challenging parking situation without validation. Despite that, I highly recommend Carmines for an overall fantastic dining experience.

Great service, food was top quality. The seafood was fresh just as you expected from the place like this. Impressive wine collection!! If u like wine and Italian food must try. See a lot of people complaining about the tip but most restaurants automatically add gratuity when it’s 6+ people but not sure what the number is for this restaurant, maybe ask them?

Overall great experience, parking was free. Great outdoor space for summertime. Would definitely return.

Fantastic! You really can't go wrong with anything. The service is absolutely wonderful from the moment you walk in, to the hostess walking you to your table and taking your coat, to the waiter taking your meal! It's the little details that I admire about a restaurant. The beef gnocchi was SUPER. The mushroom ravioli was very flavorful. The tiramisu was TOP Notch. It's small, but we thought it was the perfect size after an amazing meal. We hope to be back. Park behind in the garage and you can have it validated inside.

Food was amazing, service was amazing (paulo) and great recommendations, one of the best steaks we’ve ever had, wish we had more photos. Glad we got lucky and we’re sat on the patio. Nice atmosphere outside, inside seemed quite noisy and compact. For the price I would only dine on the patio here.

Definitely one of the best upscale places in Bellevue downtown. If not the best in food, it's definitely the best in service.

The desserts were amazing - tried Pannacota and Tiramisu really can't say which was better, both were outstanding.

For the main course we had Gnocchi Sorrentina and Lennette Con Salmone. Gnocchi was splendid - it practically dissolves in the mouth. On the other hand Salmone was ordinary - can't say I was that impressed.

Speaking of ambience - it was top notch.

What a delightful experience! Being a vegetarian, I felt my main course options were limited but the hostess was sweet enough to offer variations on most pastas. She added how I could choose any kind of pasta, any kind of sauce and add veggies to it. I still went with the only veg main course I could find- the spaghetti in olive oil with goat cheese and tomato. It was delish! Absolutely loved the warm bread and in-house butter in the beginning and the Minestrone soup. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you for the amazing service, Carmine's!

Despite being busy we were able to be seated quickly and service was prompt. The meals were fresh, delicious, and just right. We enjoyed the special seafood ravioli, halibut risotto, and the venison ravioli as well. Nice bright dining area overlooking the park.
