Sky On Main Apartment Homes

Moved into sky on main in August 2023 and loving it so far. Management is super kind and willing to work with you on most issues. Walls are super thick, I’ve never heard a peep from either of our neighbors. They’re doing some renovations which can be slightly annoying, but they’re all for good reason. They put gates on the parking garage entrances, so we never have issues with car break-ins or random people wandering the building. Security is top notch, they always have someone at the front desk and you have to scan your keycard 3-4 times to even get to the apartments. Not to mention the apartment itself is very high quality and you’re in a great location, definitely recommend!

Coming back to add onto my review from last month - the construction is getting a little out of hand. They just informed us that the power would be shut off for 3 separate nights from 10Pm-6Am. Not a super huge deal since it’s mostly during the night hours but still a pretty big inconvenience for a “Luxury” apartment.

Living at Sky on Main is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I couldn’t be more in love with my apartment and the views are stunning! The entire staff from leasing, maintenance, and security guards go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in your home. The location is perfect and there’s a streetcar stop right outside the building! If you are wanting to enjoy the downtown KC lifestyle, Sky on Main is the place to be!

Sky on Main definitely goes above and beyond in any area for their residents!! From the moment we walk into our condo it just takes our breath away. All the staff from Heather to all the security guards truly make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful with anything you need. We just love greeting each one of the guards when we walk in!! This is the place to be if you’re looking downtown!! Hands down the best!!!

I have been here for almost a month now and absolutely LOVE it! The staff and security are all amazing and make you feel amazing every time you enter the building! Connie was top notch at getting me the BEST apartment I’ve ever been in! Amy has gone above and beyond to make my experience here the best it can possibly be! I would recommend Sky on Main to anyone who wants to live in the heart of downtown Kansas City with some of the best views this city can offer!

I absolutely love my apartment at Sky on Main! I get to come home everyday and live like I am on vacation. I have a corner unit overlooking the city. The view is absolutely amazing especially at night . The team here is so very helpful. The security desk goes above and beyond to cater to our needs as well!

Stayed in their guest suite and it was amazing . The whole building is just beautiful and so well thought out!!!

Sky on Main is a wonderful place to call home! Apartments are clean and comfortable with updated appliances and beautiful views.

I recently moved in a month ago and I am completely in love with my apartment and the people here ! The ladies in the office are great and security has been extremely helpful with getting me adapted to my new downtown life. Don’t sell yourself short, you only live once you should come live here❤

Large floor plans and tons of natural light. Love that they are on the street car line which really gives me endless nightlife, dining, and activity options.

Great downtown space. Modern. Secure. Roof top is awesome. Game room, kitchen, meeting place is so convenient.

One item to mention that I wish has known. There is no means to roll a luggage cart from the parking garage to the main elevators. There are 2 sets of stairs that do not have ramps. If you are planning on wheeling belongings to your room from the parking garage you'll have to hand carry them up the stairs.

Great location. Great amenities. Great renovated apartment. My girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to live at Sky On Main! We looked everywhere and feel confident we made the best decision! The office staff is super helpful, maintenance is awesome, and having the security guards downstairs is the best! We plan to live here for many years to come.

I have been at Sky on Main for two months now and have had a great experience! I spent a month in my apartment during business/construction hours and although construction was noticeable at times, it was not nearly as bad as I anticipated it being. I believe working from home is manageable. The women in the leasing office are very friendly and are quick to respond to any questions that you have or anything you may need help with. The security officers are also very friendly and it is comforting to know that they're there 24/7! As for the amenities and the apartments themselves - they are just as great as they look in pictures. There are fun resident events at least once a month, which has allowed me to get to know the people I live next to. I'm very happy with my time at Sky on Main and would recommend it to anyone!

Great experience with the Air B&B rental at Sky on Main. The place was clean, great people to work with. The location is so accessible to the entire downtown district.

I just finished my first six months at Sky and I've been extremely pleased in all regards. I've lived in multiple apartments around downtown Kansas City and this one is by far the best. Noise from neighbors is extremely insulated and not even noticeable, amenities are great, and the units are very well constructed. Between the modern look and quality appliances/fixtures, it's very easy to be comfortable at home. Also, having the on-site security guard 24/7 has been a huge plus for feeling safe.

Absolutely love living here!!! I can honestly say I have zero complaints and have not had any issues. Management is wonderful, maintenance is literally the best, the 24/7 security guards are the nicest guys in the world, no issues parking, never hear my neighbors, energy bill is a flat rate and included in your rent (you really can’t beat this), apartment is perfect and has so much natural light, and it‘s truly prime location in downtown KC. If you’re considering moving in, DO IT.

We have just moved into Sky on Main, and our experience here so far has been very high-level (literally and figuratively!) Connie made herself so available and was so quick to thoroughly answer questions during the leasing process, during move-in, and after. Both Connie and Amy have checked in regularly to make sure everything is going smoothly for us, and maintenance has been quick and thorough for all the little tweaks we have requested (like adjusting the water heater because we love hot baths and showers). The leasing and move in process can be so tedious, and they have made it so easy. The security guards are 24 hours, and are so friendly and helpful as well. So far we're thrilled and we highly reccomend Sky on Main for both the beauty of our living space as well as the top-notch service!

My girlfriend and I had a scheduled tour here this afternoon and we were absolutely blown away by the beautiful units / amenities, and low prices here! Tonia, the leasing agent who was kind enough to show us around the property, was extremely professional and courteous - she took the absolute best care of us and we are extremely thankful for her! 11/10 would recommend these units to anyone!

Dream come true! I have never met a more caring apartment management staff in my life. From move-in day to present, they have gone above and beyond to make living here the best decision I have ever made. Security is friendly and makes us feel very comfortable while living in the downtown area. Maintenance responds very very quickly! We actually take advantage of all of the amenities because they are so nice (gym, rooftop balcony, etc)

After a few months of living at Sky on Main I can firmly say that I made a great choice! The entire move-in process was a breeze from start to finish. The staff here is friendly and responsive, including the security guards who even helped me move my couch in!

The location is so convenient (streetcar stop right outside, CVS across the street) and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance! Despite being in the heart of downtown, this is a relatively quite area so you can get the city experience without the city noise.

If you are looking for a place that can offer a great location, amazing views and reasonable prices then you've already found it, its Sky on Main.

To say we love our apartment is an understatement. Our unit is beautiful with big windows and awesome views of the city. All the facilities available in the building are great, and maintenance and management both respond timely to any question or need I’ve had in next to no time at all. After having a really bad experience at our last apartment, it’s refreshing being somewhere where everyone is always friendly, honest, and happy to help. 5 stars and I’d recommend these apartments to anyone!
